“Food and service are always first rate. My Bouillabaisse was flavorful with good sized mussels, shrimp, and white fish. Loved the broth. My spouse's fried chicken was delicious. Our server was attentive and professional. The Beignets were light, fluffy, and a perfect end to our meal.“
“I called ahead of time to place my order. It was ready within 10 mins. The staff was sweet and very helpful. Everyone said hello and made sure I had placed my order. The restaurant was clean. It's in downtown Park Forest which was neat.I ordered the small tip & wing and brisket. Both were tasty and well seasoned. The tips were meaty and tender. The chicken was perfectly done. The brisket wasn't too fatty, but wasn't too dry...it was done just right. The Mac & cheese was good too.Everything was delish.“

“Doc's is the kind of place where you've got people from out of town in, and they want BBQ. And you want a huge variety of tap craft beers . Or you want to go there just for the beer. Surprisingly, they also have a huge whiskey selection as well. Oh, the BBQ, very good. Pig wings are flash fried smoked wings. They are fantastic. Everything else is wonderful, brisket, pulled pork and the sides. All at a reasonable price. Service.... Staff is very knowledgeable, especially the bartender who knows a thing or two about the liquor he serves. Great place ??“
“Was working in the area and just happened to spot it on the way home. First and foremost, it's clean and has a great beer hall atmosphere with long benches. Service was great and quick. The price was a little steep but worth it. I picked up some Brisket and Burnt Ends. And let me tell yea. It was delicious! Brisket was cooked to perfection. It melted in my mouth. The Burnt End chunks were fatty and flavorful. The bombers' original BBQ sauce didn't disappoint. It went well with everything. I also went with the sweet potato fries that went deliciously well with its aioli sauce. Just wished the fries weren't cut so thin. And lastly, the Mac&Cheese was good but way too much breaded crumbs on top. Found myself taking almost all of it off. But either than that. Great BBQ joint. Will definitely stop by again.“

“Tried this place for the first time and they did not disappoint! When you walk on its a quaint little place with a New Orleans type of vibe. Food was incredible and the bbq sauce was a must try. Me and my son had the wings and fries and my mom had the rib tips and fries. Food was hot and fresh and cooked to perfection. I will be going back!“

“A friend and I dined in for lunch. One of our brisket sandwiches was a tad bit overdone. BUT, when Dominic asked about our food we told him and he GRACIOUSLY took our sandwich and replaced it along with fresh fries. Dominic was an outstanding server.THEN, Dominic told us dessert was on the house for my friend and me.THEN, when our bill came we were only charged for one sandwich and not both.THEN, Dominic brought the owner, Steve, to greet us and he was also very pleasant and apologetic.The overall experience was wonderful. “Tried the jerk barbecue rib tips. I wasn't terribly fond of them but then I remembered they were JERK so I settled into the flavor. Next visit I tried the beef short ribs and they were very good with the sweet potatoes and the greens both also good. Last visit I tried the oxtails. They were incredible and I look forward to getting them again. The sweet potatoes were also delicious. However, this time the greens were extremely bland, but that won't stop me from going back.“
“Stopped in and grabbed lunch on the way home from work, and let me tell you it was absolutely amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful seeing it was my first time there. I ended up getting the two meats and two sides and it was absolutely delicious, I got the rib tips, pulled pork, Mac& cheese and green beans. Portions are huge and very filling. I will definitely be back again soon“

“I arrived in the establishment for the first time and was amused at how nice it is. I can in and was greeted and quickly informed with the knowledge and the specials as well as what they are known for, so I ordered the tips and chips and let me inform you that this order is for two people, this how much food was on the order. The tips were nicely prepared and not overwhelmed with bbq sauce. NOW THE PORK CHOPS WAS HUGE AND THE TASTE WAS PHENOMENAL WITH JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF BURNT EDGE AND IT HAD A TASTE THAT WAS QUITE DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS. I was approached by the employee who explained that the chicken is another that is good to order. I will eventually be back to try the chicken as well as place an order for those tips and chops. Good place to go and have some good bbq.“

The owners are super nice and it was a Valentines to go order. The restuarant was nicely decorated for a date for valentines day. Great local business with great food.“
“Flew in for gas my daughter was hungry so we went to check it out the restaurant was closed. They went out of the way to accommodate us and made her what she wanted and gave her a few cookies to go. Great service it's been a long time since we've had service that good.“
“Their turkey products and dishes are fabulous. Just Turkey has been around for years, and it's a weekly go-to for me. I used to enjoy the turkey spaghetti immensely, but they increased prices and decreased the amount given. That's disappointing. Nonetheless, the turkey tips are A MUST!“
