“We’ve been here a couple of times and have now tried variety of their menu. Our favorite is the tsukemen. Food is really good, atmosphere is nice and cozy.Kid-friendliness: We brought our kids and they enjoyed the kid size ramen and desserts!“
“Ok so first things first this was my first visit..... the Owner is awesome!! The employee that made my samich was awesome as well ! Now for the food... the samich was darn good and filling the pasta salad and tater salad was homemade and you can tell! Reminds me of a typical neighborhood deli in Chicago. The meatballs are a MUST! and are homemade. I suggest everyone swing by and try the great food and if yur new ya get to spin the wheel o stuff for a treat or discount on yur next visit! I will be back for sure! ? I ate the samich too fast so I took a picture of the togo box so if you wanna see the samich get in there and grab s few ?“
“The food was fantastic! Fresh, healthy, and tasty. They offer a tasting of an item before you order if you're uncertain whether you'll like it. The Moroccan eggplant, carrots, hummus, and falafel were especially great. I'm a huge tabouleh/tabouli fan, but their's was not my favorite; same for the babaganoush as it lacked smokiness. That said, it's a personal flavor and texture preference and I'm sure it's good for others. It's a very small place; a few seats are available in the general common area of this building just outside the restaurant; I think it is primarily a take-away place. I will mention that the flow to the ordering/waiting/ serve/ self serve processes were a bit awkward. I'd mentored to the employee that we'd not been there before, but the person behind the counter expected us to know how they do things and didn't communicate their expectations until after they see you're not doing as they expect, e g., you don't wait for your hot drink but sit outside of the restaurant and they bring it to you, the rice which is on the salad menu and an item that we expected as part of the large sampler is actually not one of the salad options for the samplers but they provide an item that isn't even on the salad list (I had the employeepount out each item provided as they're kinda' mushed together; they bring your food to you but you get your own plasticware, napkins, cup. Don't get me wrong, it's obviously not hard, but if you don't know what's expected, it makes for service awkwardness. Street parking was fairly easy, but if it was busy on the square I expect parking would be difficult. Despite the few oddities, I'd definitely return and highly recommend for vegetarians and vegans.Vegetarian options: The restaurant offers vegetarian and vegan selections.“
“We had the best late lunch at Public House! Stephanie took SUCH good care of us! She had a beautiful smile for us every time she came to our table with yet more yummy food and fun info about the history of the jailhouse. Both the brussel sprouts and Cesar chicken salad were amazing and their potato soup is outstanding. If you're looking for charm, Woodstock square is the place to go, and, if you're looking for a great meal and a happy staff to serve it to you the The Public House should be on your list of places to eat, drink and be merry! Would definitely recommend to family and friends! TY all!“
“My family and I came in at a busy time. We were a big group. And order was confusing because we all wanted different check. I'm not going to go into all the details. However I do want to say Sara the manager was AWESOME! She came and listened to our concerns and fixed the problem. I just loved the way she handled the situation with care. I just want to day she's the best and Olive Garden is so Lucky to have her as a part of the leadership team. Thank you Sara you are the best!!!“
“Sushi King is a great place to eat. Food is good, service is good, and you get all you can eat sushi. How do you go wrong? This is not a top end sushi restaurant but for the cost, it is delicious. I am a frequent visitor. Thanks Sushi King!!!!“
“Good local Chinese take out place. The only critique would be to to change the sesame chicken recipe because it looked and tasted exactly like the orange chicken with a few sesame seeds sprinkled on top. Sesame chicken meat was tough too, we were disappointed with that dish. Otherwise we will be back to try more things off the menu.“
“Today I was in one of their restaurants and the food was terrible, the chicken felt old, sour, like past, I ordered a five and they brought me a pasta with tomato sauce, I couldn't eat it and the service, despite having Spanish-speaking staff, put us We asked a person who only speaks English for a container so as not to vote for the food and they brought us some containers as for dessert we ordered two lalagas and even the color of the dried red tomato was in bad taste. I think I will not return to one of their restaurants and because of that Since I will recommend it as very bad, terrible, what a shame they deteriorated so much“
“Best Chinese food around!I had the yummy dinner special Beef and mushrooms chop suey. It came with THE MOST Delicious egg roll I've had in years!?The pork fried rice...fab! “I accidentally ordered from the Panera in Algonquin. Without knowing, I want to the Panera in Elgin off of Randall road. I didn’t get her name but one of the employees there was very sweet. She made sure we got our order and did not charge us even though it was our fault. We received our food very quickly and there was good costumer service.“
“Bobby and his staff are great, always there to greet you with a smile and a sincere hello. You don't feel rushed at the register and any and all questions that are asked are met with any information that you could possibly need! Food was amazing and the place was super clean!
