My son and his class wanted Mc Donald’s for lunch today is his birthday. I called in this nice size order around 8am. One manager (I didn’t get her name) answered the phone. I explained the situation to her and she never said we’re busy can you call back. They were ready for the order. I asked for Tiffany and I place my order and she repeat the order and by the way she was on point. I said I’ll be there by 11:00 am. For some reason, this location cannot seem to move the drive-thru line like every other location does. The one across town moves twice as fast!Drive through is much better now, but inside is a disaster. Nobody was addressing any of the customers in the lobby. I got my own cups after 5 minutes of waiting and got chewed out. If you don't want to pay employees to do the job, don't be mad when I do it myself.
