We love this Panera location. To be fair, we're huge fans of Panera in general but this one is our favorite. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Food is always great. Anytime there's been an issue with computers or ordering, they're quick to make it right and in the customer's favor.

Panera Bread in Decatur is a cozy spot for coffee and relaxation, with a slightly higher price point but worth it. The environment is welcoming, clean, and suitable for hanging out with friends or working on a laptop. The kiosk is a very efficient way to order, optimizing speed and customization, and the food is fast. The seating is also nice and spread out, creating an ideal work space. However, there have been discrepancies with order pickups, as items are not always placed in the designated "Rapid Pickup" area, leading to confusion and cold food. The staff is typically great, and the food is amazing, especially the new basil BLT and the cream of chicken soup. The tea and coffee island is also a favorite, with free refills on good teas and coffees offsetting the slightly pricey nature of the entrees.
