“In a city not known for culinary excellence, the Gin Mill is the exception. Had a delightful pork chop dinner recently. The decor with its high ceilings and beautiful bar is way above average. Slight complaint was caesar salad dressing was rather excessive and mediocre. Service was attentive, perhaps a little too much so. Given the local alternatives, I would go back in a minute.“

“Food isn't consistent. Sometimes it is good other times not. I ordered the roadkill well done. It was medium well. My husband had chicken tenders. Had a lot of gristle. I didn't receive the dressing I ordered for my salad. Expensive for what we had. The food used to be a lot better than it is now.“
