After a long 13h hour shift, I attempted to call in an order and was told that "taking my order over the phone was a HUGE inconvenience to their staff" so if I wanted to place an order I'd have to come & do so in the lobby. I explained that I was trying to avoid the wait & was told " you can wait or dine somewhere else"...
