“I had ordered a custom ice cream cake for my child's upcoming birthday through the online website. It was the Oreo sandwich cake. When I went to pick it up the cake was missing the oreo sandwich decorations on the top (one of the main reasons my child picked the cake). The staff said they can add the missing decorations and the cake would be ready the next day at noon. So I just got back from picking up the cake and to my surprise they went above and beyond to fix it. They have me a brand new cake that looked exactly like the picture online! And they let me keep the first cake that was missing the decorations. I highly recommend this location for the friendly staff and superb customer service! Thank you for making my child's birthday extra special!“

“I haven't been to Dunkin' donuts on Dempster in years due to the condition of the space. I was surprised that the store has been totally remodeled. The store was clean. The food and pastry was fresh. Kudos for cleaning up this location. I can now recommend anyone to stop by. Grab a donut, ice cream or meal.“
“As a neat one of a kind thing to do, it fits that, although I have been to other similar types of places. They do have a unique picture taking “tour” that you can pay for that has staff take you around and get your picture in some of their special 2D items. Staff are friendly when they are with you. The place is small inside, if you make a reservation they will serve you, if you walk in they may not have time or space for you and you will need to wait or make an on the spot reservation. Limited on street parking but there is a parking garage at Marshall’s/Michaels across the street for shopping at their locations. The food, while cute and fun, is good but nothing great for chicken sandwiches. Fries are ok, donuts were good, the cat pudding is just pudding with whatever flavor you choose, but fun to draw a face and jiggle.“
“I wish I had a picture, but I ate the donuts too fast... LOL. The past few weeks, I have purchased these not only for my husband and I, but also have taken them to my sister and brother's place as a little pick me up. Neither of them believed the donuts were vegan. They were so happy with the treat I brought them, definitely my new go-to when bringing something sweet to someone's home. We have tried the chocolate and regular glazed, Oreo, apple fritter, coffee cake, and Boston crème. All fab and I cannot wait to try the others!“
“This is a wonderful locally owned coffee shop with great coffee, homemade syrups, delicious food, and yummy sweets (including vegan and gluten free options). The vibe is very lively and the number of regulars that filter in and out all day are a testament to its standing in the neighborhood. There is ample FREE parking. Overall 5 stars!!“
“This is one of the only places in my area offering non-dairy milk as an option. The worker is super nice and friendly, she remembered I was a previous customer as well. The establishment is clean and the drinks are absolutely delicious. She also re-confirms the add ons and substitutions before she made my drink orders“
