I detailed my disappointing experience with the night shift employees, emphasizing their rude and disrespectful behavior. Despite multiple attempts to address their attitude, it was evident that they had no intention of improving. As a loyal customer, I urged management to take action and consider laying off these employees who clearly did not deserve to be paid for their unacceptable behavior.
Its ok. Went there for a birthday cake ordered before, they yelled saying there were no birthday cakes, I showed them the order, they then brought a cake out, and I asked if I could make sure it's the right cake. they yelled at me once again saying it is the right cake and not to check it, when I did check it it was the wrong cake. Eventually got the right one one but it took way to long.

If I could give a zero, I would. Worst location!! Waited in drive through for about 10 minutes. Got to the window, the guy looks at me (very confused), doesn’t say a word and walks away. I ordered a wrap online! Left without receiving it. I couldn’t afford to waste any more of my time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!
