“We are here for first time tonight as we travel for our cleaning business and I’ll tell you it was amazing 🤩 the food has so much flavor and the potato salad actually has real potato 🥔 in it… the server we had (I didn’t catch her name) was great! “Food is either absolutely excellent or really mid for the price. I've been twice, and my first experience was a lot better than my second visit. The Heart Attack Burger is absolutely insane and I definetly recommend it.”

“I can't say enough about this restaurant, and especially the manager, Jamie. I am traveling and placed an Uber Eats order with this restaurant. After a two hour debacle with Uber Eats, which ended in the driver stealing my food, and Uber Eats canceling my order, I finally called the restaurant to find out what actually happened. That's when I first talked to Jamie. She took the time to go listen to my story, and then go through everything that happened on their end. She even tried to contact Uber Eats, to find a way to fix the situation. She called me back several times, as she promised. While she wasn't able to help me get any satisfaction out of Uber Eats, she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I wish I found more people with her work ethic and desire to help, during my travels. Thanks Jamie!”

“First of all I love Starbucks! But for the last 2 days I've went to the Fairview Heights location to get my same drink. The caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, and for 2 days straight I've asked for light caramel drizzle because it's too sweet and extra crunch. It even says it on the label stuck to my drink, but yet it's covered in caramel and there's no extra crunch. And I know sometimes we become complacent because we're in a hurry we're making the same drink every day multiple times, but I usually have to get a spoon and scrape it out. I will even pay more next time I go, just to get what I ask for...”
