This is a nice quaint pizza place in Galesburg. I love the large windows in the front where you can see inside. I was seated in the pvt room w a group, and it was away from the rest of the diners. There was no competition of trying to hear the ppl I was with over others in the restaurant...that was nice. Underwhelming. We went there on Mother's Day and granted had a large group of us. The waitress did her best. The sampler appetizer was smaller than anticipated (only three fried mushrooms). The pizzas we ordered were okay. The BLT pizza was really good. Both larges had crispy crust around the edge but the middle was not finished so it was soggy and limp. Very disappointing. The meat lovers pizza needs revamped.

Our college baseball team was in town to play Knox College this weekend. Our routine is to order a dinner to feed the team and coaches the first night of the series. Dwayne, the manager, helped us select a wonderful meal of spaghetti, meatballs, baked pasta and pizzas. The team had a feast and went back for seconds and thirds. The food was absolutely delicious, portions are huge. The Pizza House goes into our notes for future trips!!
