We had a retirement gathering middle of the work week, mid-afternoon for 25-30 people. We asked for a variety of pizza's soft drinks and water. If Individuals wanted something else to eat or drink they paid themselves. The waitstaff person we had did an excellent job. Kept the drinks flowing and the tables cleaned as needed.
