“All I know is that the food is so good that I have been here 3 times since it opened (Which has been less then 6 months). I know I should branch out and try the other offerings but I just really love the Tori Paitan and will be back more when the cooler weather is fully settled in.
I also sincerely appreciate that there are good non-alcoholic mixed drinks, because sometimes someone just wants a fun mixed drink but none of the alcohol and there's quite a few options here- expanded even from the menu pictured on Google. There's a really good Yuzu based drink that I also keep getting that is my favorite.
The atmosphere is higher end but not pretentious, and cozy while still being open.

I look forward to bringing more of my friends here.

Parking: Fair amount of parking but it's in a strip mall with other restaurants so you're not always able to find a spot immediately. There's usually more parking in the back”

DeLishka Sandwiches & Bites offers some of the best sandwiches I've had! I tried the Gusti dal Nord with prosciutto, gorgonzola, arugula, and pear—an amazing blend of flavors for $12.50. The Cipriani, with Italian mortadella, mascarpone, arugula, and optional pistachios, was equally delicious at $11.75. While there's a bit of a wait, it's worth it. The ambiance is okay, but the food more than makes up for it. Definitely planning to try everything on the menu!”

It's a little overwhelming, all of the different options, but oh so worth it!

We got the Potato Kong Dog, the Sweet Potato Kong Dog, the Milky Kong Dog, the Original Kong Dog (OGs are always a must) and the Churro Kong Dog, with fries and three different kinds of their lemonade, and oh my goodness it was all so good! We wish we had one of these places in South Bend, Indiana! We would come here all the time if we lived closer.”

Miso Ramen and Taiwan Ramen are fantastic, but beware that single pepper icon, because it’s no joke! (And I say this as someone who grew up eating spicy food 🙂) Delicious, but intense! I would LOVE to see a milder version of the Taiwan Ramen (or at least a way to adjust the heat, like the Spicy Miso), because the flavor was truly amazing and addictive.”

Saw the reviews for The Oak and we were so glad we did. The burger I had was the best burger I have ever had, our friend felt the same. My husband and our other friend had the rueben, they loved them also. We left the restaurant and we were going to take individual pics, then this really nice guy offered to take a picture of all of us. He was so very nice. Guess what, he was the owner. We will definitely be back on our next visit here and our friends will be back sooner. Great food!!!!”

If you come during peak time it might be a good 30 to 40 minutes before you get seated and the parking lot might be full. It is also very kid friendly so expect it to be loud and sometimes with crying children.”

Octopus and salmon Sashimi were the dessert orders from our kids 😂 We will definetly be returning, and highly recommend. Jennifer was absolutely amazing—she took the time to explain the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure we had the best experience.
