“First time visit. Had a good experience. Rachel took my order and was very polite and personable. It was a pleasure chatting with her while waiting for my (to-go)order. While waiting, I also watched a team of employees work well together (even through the were short staffed). Our food was pretty good. Personally not a fan of the baked potatoes as mine was overcooked. Highly recommend the Cuban sandwich.I spoke briefly with the GM (Sunshine) and commended her on everything. People just don’t say thank you enough these days.Looking forward to returning.“
“My local favorite for the best pizza of all of them. Fast service. I just happem=ned to be driving home and stopped in at the Gurnee location. Ordered a pizza to go and it was ready in less than fifteen minutes. Was perfectly done to expectations.Parking: Handicapped to the door !“

“I ordered in the drive thru and when I got home I noticed that some food items were missing. I drove back and provided them with proof of purchase. The guy that I first spoke was very nice and attentive. He immediately informed the manager and prepared the items I was missing. The manager was very apologetic and I appreciated the timeliness in addressing the situation. Thank you!“
