“Hit drive thru last night for a sweet tooth craving! Ordered milkshakes and blizzards for everyone in the family including pup cups for the dogs! They do offer pup cups at this location... love that! The drive Thru is open every day until 9:30 PM which is great. The staff was younger but friendly! There are a few tables outside if you wanted to sit outside. Our order was correct as ordered. The blizzard we ordered was made with a little bit too much hot fudge mixed into it but still tasty! I usually like to support small owned businesses around the area since we are in diary land being so close to WI. But when craving soft serve, we come here! We will be back. Love a diary queen ice cream cake also. For sugar free options they have a sugar free dilly bar.“
“Today was my first time visiting this location, out of the 7 years that I've been driving trucks. I was greeted and served by Miguel! He had such a lovely presence about him. He took my order and got it to me right away! Even though I don't eat fast food much anymore. I'm glad that I decided to pull off and go in. He must've sensed that I needed to encounter such a warm spirit this morning. Miguel just turned my whole morning around ? ????! It's the little encounters of our fellow human beings seeing each others humanity! That could change the perspective we have. Please keep employees like him around. This was probably the best experience I've had in a long time at a fast food joint.“

“Extremely well managed, very friendly staff, clean bathrooms, food was made to order and still came out very quickly. The food was the freshest I've had from a Culver's in a while, fries and chicken were super crispy but not overcooked at all. Everything tasted amazing, definitely going to make this location a regular food stop when I'm in town.“

“Been going here frequently and always enjoy it. The music is great, the staff is very attentive, the food is great (especially the cinnamon dough nuggets), and it is very affordable. “$$ I need to preface my review with the fact that we at here at 5pm on a Saturday right during NCAA basketball games. Upon walking in, we noticed it was extremely loud. We had to have staff repeat things due to the fact the room was loud and they weren't. Anyway, we were seated right away and given menus. Decent selection and good specials. It took a little effort to order due to the noise but we managed. Our drinks came out right away and food came out quickly as well. Both my Shrimp Po' Boy and wife's Lobster Roll were prepared well and tasty. This is a new establishment in this location and appears some of the staff are new too given my wife was asked if she was done with a good portion of food on her plate. Another odd thing was it seemed they wanted to turn tables over quick. We were in and out in under an hour. My wife was asked about another drink, however, I was not and no mention if we wanted any dessert. Anyway, the experience was relaxing and we hope to go back when there's warmer weather to take advantage of what appears to be a large outdoor patio near the front of the restaurant.The staff was very friendly and pleasant and the area is downtown Huntley and has a very small town feel to it. Plenty of parking in the area, however if it is really busy, you may need to walk a couple of blocks.The prices are reasonable for food but a few adult beverages could bump up bill a bit.The one suggestion for management is have your staff talk louder when necessary. The wood ceiling probably doesn't help acoustics.Parking: There are a few free public parking lots within a block. The restaurant is surrounded by side streets with free parking as well as residential streets within a block or two if nothing available in immediate vicinity.Wheelchair accessibility: If memory serves, the entrance is ramp accessible but the door is not automatic.“
“My wife, my daughter-in-law as well as my 4 month old granddaughter ( she did not eat what we did... lol )just ate lunch there.... We had 4 Chicago dogs and 2 large French tries with the order of onion rings a couple of drinks. Everything was perfect.“
“Love, love, love this place! They have the BEST fries I have ever had. Pretty much anytime I'm out in Huntley, I have to stop by to get some of those delicious, hot, salty, perfect fries. (I don't eat meat, so I can't speak on that.) They cut the potatoes in the restaurant daily-- that's gotta be why they are so good! I also love that their menu is simple, not overwhelming with too many options. Everything is made fresh to order. I can't say enough good things about Beef Shack. I'm addicted!!Kid-friendliness: My kids love their food and there are paper towels on the tables....enough said! :)“

“I am absolutely AMAZED with the service I received! The staff was so friendly! They all came up to greet me and talked to me like I was a part of the family. The manager was so accommodating to my dietary requests. Usually, at other places, I am met with an eye roll and a sigh. NOT HERE! She listened to my concerns and responded with such tenderness! Every one of them deserves a raise! I will be driving way out of my way to only come to this location from now on!
