“So I'm VERY happy that the best taco spot on the Westside has opened a 2nd location in the Southwest burbs! This is legit Peeples tacos! Just put down 7 mixed and I figure to be hitting this place 2x a week The food is outstanding! And they take credit cards unlike the Chicago Ave location!. The service is great and the staff is friendly. They even have specials for certain types of tacos! The ambiance is really chill, it's a nice neat storefront location with TVs to watch. Can't recommend it enough!“

“I love this place! The chicken Marsala is incredible! We also had eggplant roll acting as an appetizer, linguine with clams,gnocchi and manicotti! All great and we all have dinner for tomorrow! “Service was good! I appreciate that they have fresh squeezed orange juice but what needs to be changed is the name of their red velvet french toast. It should be red velvet cake roll toasted. I was very disappointed that it was a cake and not bread.“

“I've been here with some friends a couple of times and they don't disappoint. The service is great, the bartenders are really good, the food is really good and it gets a bit crowded but you never feel closed in. The outside accommodation was comfortable even when it was cold out, and the lower level option was great since we had a few more people. I was missing an item and called to explain the situation and they fixed it right away, no hassle or complications. We will definitely be back for our monthly get togethers!!!“

“Oh my gosh!! This is the most amazing place ever. We had fantastic service, fantastic food and such a wonderful time. The food just goes beyond words. I can’t even describe how delicious it is. If you want to have an incredible dining experience, you need to stop in. Our waiter was Don and he did an absolutely perfect job. “Very fairly priced hotdogs, polish, burgers and more. There is a nice drink choice with import, domestic, and local area favorites. You have multiple burger choices. There is a wondering, fish and chips, and other choices. Service was stellar. On a Saturday night the restaurant was full. Parking is a little challenging, but does rotate spaces in a timely manner.“

“Nice local spot with affordable prices ! Small cozy place . So best to get there a little early so you don’t have to wait for a seat . My service was fast and attentive. All the workers are really friendly . I got the Greek French Toast with whip cream . I recommend the Hash Browns . The other dish I shared was the Hobo Skillet . I really enjoyed the cut up potato’s in the dish . Going to come back for lunch next time to try the Sloppy Joe’s . This is a cash only place and they only stay open till 2pm .“

Just the right amount of crisp in the crust and it was cooked Just how I like it. I will definitely order from here again. The only thing I didn't like was that my pizza wasn't sealed in any type of way to prevent it from being tampered with while it was being delivered. Maybe perhaps some stickers to prevent the box from being open, or put the pizza in a paper bag then staple it up at the end. Otherwise very good pizza.“

“Excellent place for home cooked food. We had liver and onions. None better. The woman who serves and greets was a joy. Her concern for the patrons went beyond serving. I can see why it is a draw. Inside is definitely not modern, but so what. They knew so many people by name and "the usual". Next time I will try breakfast.“

It was around $15, which, when places like McDonald's want $13 for a Big Mac meal, there's really no point in NOT paying the extra $2 for something that tastes this amazing. The person (i'm assuming owner) who took my order was kind and friendly, I felt welcome. You'd be surprised how many places fail at that. “We had a great lunch here! We've been living right around the corner for about a year and just discovered Caffe Milan. The sandwiches we ordered off the restaurant week menu were so good! The chicken salad on a pretzel bun was amazing and the chicken ranch wrap was tasty too. They came with a huge pickle spear too. It was the perfect amount of food! Mary was kind and talked with us. “The only reason I’m leaving a 4 is because of the ladies restroom. Plenty of soap, no paper towel, and the air dryer was not up to par. There’s a slip and fall risk because of where the sink is in relation to where the hand dryer is. Lots of water on the floor, and the floor is slick. “We eat here weekly. The pizza is the best in the Southland. The bar has a "Cheers" vibe where all are welcome. Pizza is half off on Tuesday and every one in town knows that's the best dinner option! Don't take my word for it, you really must try it out!“

Every time I sit down in a booth it makes me feel like i can talk about nothing, (a Seinfeld reference). The menu is full of classic diner dishes, from hearty breakfast options to juicy burgers and sandwiches to homemade soups and salads. I particularly enjoyed the Tuna melt, which was perfectly put together with just the right amount of cheese and tune on white bread. The French toast was also excellent, with a soft and fluffy texture that melted in my mouth. But if you want the traditional, just order the all American breakfast, 2 sunny side up eggs with hash browns and two slices of bread, along with a cup of coffee. Everything is delicious. The staff at De Mar's are friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. They were quick to offer suggestions on what to order and were always on hand to refill drinks or answer any questions. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours. “My first time here and it was a nice time. We didn't get to do a wine tasting but we ended up sitting and sharing a couple bottles which was more than enough. Food was good even if i thought the portions were kind of small. Bringing someone with a wine club membership helped a lot with free bottles and the overall price.“

Brought the crab cakes, wedge salad and grilled salmon back for my wife and they were all gone in about 10 minutes despite feeding a fussy baby at the same time. The butterscotch espresso martini is a decadent treat you can't skip. My only critiques are that as a whole, the prices are a bit steep, the space is small and probably not great for a large group, and the tomatoes in the Caprese were disappointingly bland. But if you're looking to spoil yourself and/or someone close to you, this is an excellent venue for it.“

The place was decently crowded and they did have dueling pianos as live entertainment. The music was a lot of fun.We were seated away from the stage area so it wasn’t as loud so my husband and I could still hear each other talk.I got a lemon drop martini which was delicious. The bruschetta and meatball appetizer was good. We did enjoy the bruschetta more, the meatballs were ok but not amazing.For dinner I got a fried chicken sandwich, it says you can order it “Nashville hot”. I asked our waitress if it was really hot and she said yes, she offered to bring the sauce on the side. I’m so glad she did! It was good but it was very spicy so less is more with that. Chicken was super juicy. Fries unfortunately were lukewarm and tasted stale. It was busy enough I was surprised they were not fresh.We liked the vibe and will go back.“

I didn't think it was worth it. The server was slow, and kept forgetting things, and would disappear for extended periods. That was the only lacking thing in an otherwise pleasant experience. “I really want to gate keep this spot! The hours are until he sells our, which is usually by 4 p.m.! The ribs brisket and Mac & Cheese are my faves. However, I think if you order greens a corn muffin should be included. Staff, service, and cleanliness are excellent and consistent!“
