“We were in Jacksonville for the 100th birthday party of our Aunt so some of the cousins decided to meet at Muggsy's to share a meal and visit some more. What a wonderful evening. The food was so good, everyone enjoyed their choices. I had the Mushroom Ravioli and it was SO good. My husband and brother had the 1/2 lb. burger and they both were pleased. A few in the group had steak and loved it. Our server was the best, so helpful and bubbly. The restaurant itself has a nice bar and a very relaxed but fun atmosphere. Muggsy's was the perfect place for our gathering, thank you!“
“I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered the pick 2 with the roast beef and cheddar, toasted. It. Was. Delicious! It arrived warm and toasted perfectly. With it, I got the chicken salad ?. Although the 1/2 sandwich wasn’t huge, it filled me up so I’ll have the salad for dinner. I did taste it, and it was good. I also ordered 2 soups and the Mac and cheese that I planned to have for dinner as I’m working a long shift. I tasted each so I could write a review, and they were very good. I will definitely order from here again, and although there are other things I want to try, I could be happy just repeating the same order.I did have problems with the online ordering not letting me add East to the address but I simply called them and they made sure the delivery driver had the full address.It also didn’t Save a selection I made, twice. But I caught those before I checked out, and added them again. I also added bread to my soups but didn’t catch that it didn’t Save that selection. I did not get charged as it didn’t go through. I am disappointed with that, because you need some crusty bread to dip in your soup, right?The driver was prompt and polite and told me staff made sure to tell him about the incomplete address so he didn’t take it to the other.I will be ordering again. Especially because I forgot to order a brownie!!“
“I enjoy Jimmy John's but they have changed the menu and online I can't order my fav sandwich #11 country club. Yes I realize I can order a similar sandwich and customize it but the country club is a classic why did you take it off?“
“This is probably one of the best subways I've ever gone to, the building is always clean the food always tastes fresh and the staff members treat you like family. I come in every once in awhile and they always remember what I get even when it's been a long time, even if food isn't that great I'll go back for service if it's good. But the service is good the food is good overall I would rate this restaurant very very highly.“
