Service was quick, attentive and continuous. Food (breakfast) was simply outstanding and price was very good! I have traveled a lot and this place is a Five Star value in my book.”

The staff made us feel very welcome and taken care of the entire night. They added little cute touches like our picture on the menu that made it feel special and their new space is really modern and perfect for events. We highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions or just a nice dinner out. We have been coming here with our family the last few years and it is an amazing gem in Joliet.”

“I’ve ordered takeout and dine in here recently. It was amazing! Food came out hot. The biscuits and gravy, and build your own omelette was so good. Big portion of hashbrowns and good sized omelette! Smash burger and poor boy were also a 10/10. I loved how the bathrooms had complete privacy. They have rubber stoppers that completely block that annoying gap between the door in public restrooms where you can see through! Service was great! Larissa was so kind and patient when dealing with a customer in our section who was not having a great experience! Love the artwork on the walls! Definitely will be coming back soon!”

“I invited my family to join me at The Reserve so I could treat them. In the past I had them join me at Buckinghams in Elgin, who's atmosphere is old fashioned, so I was excited for them to experience the atmosphere at The Reserve, which is a larger restaurant, and more lively. I was so very disappointed that we were seated in a side room with 2 other tables. One of the other tables had a large gathering, and it was way too loud for the room. The room's lighting was brighter and almost medicinal compared with the main restaurant ...so overall the atmosphere was sub-par. Our server was excellent, and overall the food was enjoyed by most of my family, however the cook on the steaks was inconsistent. I ordered medium well, and it was very well done. The server suspected there'd be an issue when she delivered the steak, and had me cut into it right away. Once I saw that it was overdone, they promptly started a new one. Another of my guests ordered their's medium rare, and their's was medium well. He didn't want to bother waiting for another one since it took a while for the dinners to arrive at the same time to start with, and he was over the whole wait game. The appetizers, soups and drinks were served promptly, but the wait on the dinner was too long...to the point that you almost forgot what you ordered.”

I was hoping to see my fave, Chicken Picatta, but was very happy to enjoy the Lemon Spaghetti Chitarra. I ate every bite! My husband had the NY Strip Steak and said it was the best steak he has ever eaten. From the delicious warm herb bread and butter, to the cookies for dessert and the exceptional service, this was a meal we thoroughly enjoyed. We will be back.”

“If you like eating delicious tacos outside, with a view of a parking lot after being slightly mistreated by the staff, boy do I have a spot for you. Walking up, there is a window on the back of the grocery shop under a small overhang where you can order. The staff is always in a huge rush and it’s very obvious by how they treat you. When you place your order, you have to wait for your number to be called. They are also VERY stingy with their sauces. After you get your food your options are to eat under a small overhang in whatever temperature it is outside, or eat in your car. It makes for a not so great experience. Although, with great tacos at an affordable price, I will still keep coming back. No matter how rushed the staff may make me feel.”

“We brought a bus load of 50 elementary students today at lunchtime, returning from a morning field trip. We called ahead to inform them we would be coming. We received excellent, friendly service and the restaurant had lots of seating available for us. Staff corrected any errors politely and without incident. Our service was fast, and they seemed prepared for our arrival. The manager (?) even walked around and thanked us for coming. We were also pleasantly surprised at the adequate bus parking behind the building. A great experience, thank you!”

“I ordered mobile thru almost immediately after the lunch menu became available, I believe I was the first person to order lunch, at least online. I waited maybe 15 minutes for a lunch item, which was expected because the lunch menu was just opened, and instead of just giving me my food and sending me away, this very sweet lady with very curly blonde hair(I didn’t get her name) gave me a free brownie for “the wait”. I wasn’t expecting anything free at all and 15 minutes was the longest I had ever had to wait for food at this chick fil a(which really isn’t that bad for fresh food). Over all my experience there is always very pleasant and I’m always excited to get food there when I do!”

“This place has been around forever. We quit going years ago because it was consistently poor quality, food, less than friendly customer service, and generally kind of dirty. My youngest loves to go with his grandpa and has been begging us to take him to our local establishment on route 30. gave it a chance a few weeks ago, and we have been back twice since then. The employees are friendly and seem to care about the quality of the food They serve to the customers. I know a lot of people are frustrated by the kiosks, but they’re pretty easy to use. They seem to free up the employees Time to focus on the quality of the food and maintaining the dining area. They have a good crew in there. Keep up the good work!”

“Has to be one of the best outback steakhouse? I've ever eaten at in the country. I'm an over the road truck driver traveling in all forty eight states. I've eaten in a lot of outbacks. This steak was above your average. Output outback restaurants, steaks. The way it was cooked perfect. The lobster perfect the bread and the butter. Absolutely love it. The spinach dip. The cheese was kind of set. When they brought it to me so that could have been like a little better. But overall, I'd give five stars food service atmosphere”

“THE BEST JERK AND SOUL FOOD IN THE SOUTH SUBURBS. It is HARD to find a good jerk or soul food restaurant in the suburbs. Able to find one that’s good at both is rare. This place is a hit! The jerk lamb chops and rib tips are great. Perfectly seasoned and not too spicy. The greens, Mac and cheese and string beans are delicious. Definitely reminds you of a home cooked Sunday dinner at your mom or grandma’s house. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND”
