“I ordered a ham for our Christmas dinner and didn't realize until right before warming it up to serve that I was given a boneless ham and not the bone-in ham I had requested. I believe ham off the bone has more flavor and I always use the ham bone for soup later. I complained in person and Diane and the other associates were extremely apologetic and kind. They gave me the # to call the store manager Craig and I did. I can't express how well Craig listened to my complaint and handled this mistake (we all make mistakes) with grace and class. We of course ate the ham because we didn't have anything else or time to prepare another protein. Craig went above and beyond what I expected in assuring I would be satisfied and a returning customer. I can't thank his entire staff enough for how they handled my disappointment. “Went drive thru. Order gyro plate and Greek salad. Very ample amount in each item which can feed more than one person per item. Fresh ingredients and most of all tasted really good. Priced well also.Vegetarian options: Greek salad can be purchase without meat.“
