“My first visit to Inovasi and it did not disappoint! Our server Lucia was fantastic- knowledgeable friendly and she helped me find just the right cocktail! We started with their delicious bread, and then had the crispy pork belly for appetizer. For entree we had a filet with shaved truffles and a blackened cod with lime and whipped edamame. Both were superb as was the dessert of flourless chocolate cake with raspberry purée and shipped goats cheese, and a pumpkin cheesecake. All was delicious, and the ambiance and decor was warm and inviting. We will be back!”

We had a wide variety of dietary preferences in our group - basically a bunch of picky eaters in different ways - and everyone found something they were happy with. “My third visit has cemented my opinion of Half & Half Pizza. The staff at every visit have been helpful, friendly and professional. The pizza is outstanding, I have tried three different pizzas with their classic crust. Very consistent with flavor, cook and quality of ingredients. The wings should not be overlooked as well. Excited for my next visit.”

“We picked Maevery last minute for our son's navy graduation dinner and it didn't dissapoint. They accommodated a last minute reservation and put us in a corner great table for easy catching up. Service was great (which we didn't experience in multiple fine dining restaurants downtown) and food was yummy and a good selection. .. they had awesome recommendations and treated us wonderfully! Didn't rush us and from 5-6pm we nearly had the place to ourselves before the dinner rush! Highly recommended by this out of town visiting family! Thank You (from Southern CA) We will be back if we are in Chicago again!”

“Farm house burger was really good. We also had a party melt. IF YOU DON'T LIKE GARDINERE have them take it off. The burger is hot with it. My sweet potato fries were ok but they didn't come out hot they were room temp as if they sat out while my food was making.”

“If Cheers was in Lake Bluff, it would be Prairie. Each member of the staff has a unique and inviting personality who makes each visit feel personal, inviting, and small town. The regulars are split between morning and evening hours, with a few floaters. We welcome folks to the community, catch up on happenings, and bring a little joy each day. Mandy, the chef, compiles an amazing array of food items, from cinnamon rolls and coffee cakes, to casseroles and egg sandwiches during the morning, and a variety of sandwiches in the afternoons. The spot has outdoor seating on the sidewalk, as well as a dedicated secluded covered alley space with ample seating and ambience. Summertime events include covered alleyway cookouts and inclusion of other local businesses for special bites. Evenings can feature a quiet bar, karaoke, or live music. With a recently announced addition of Jeff Urso, a local restauranteur, to the ownership, 2024 is anticipated to be a great year for Prairie. Would highly recommend checking out this local gem.”

“The Knollwood Starbucks is by far my favorite in the area. They have plenty of seating inside, including tables at a comfortable height for working on with a laptop and plugs. It’s not too busy, but is also a social place where you can run into friends and neighbors. The staff are the best part though! They are so friendly and helpful and know a lot of their regular customers personally. It always makes my day to walk in and be greeted by name. I have nothing but great things to say about how this store is run!”
