I showed up on Thursday to find out they’ve got an all you can eat taco special 👀 I gotta roll myself out to my car after this. Don’t let the previous rough construction out front fool you, this place is gold. I had the steak and chorizo tacos that were superb. Mango margarita slapped 👏🏻”

“I ordered a Chocolate cream and Apple pie for a party we had and EVERYONE loved the Apple but couldn't get over how creamy and rich the Chocolate was. Bakers square French silk doesn't hold a candle to it !!! Outstanding the next day too. The edges didn't dry up or get hard like Bakers square dies. Outstanding pies !!!!”

“This place has really changed! It’s not the old Nutties anymore. Clean -food is great - nice atmosphere. The service was amazing. Our bartender Natalie was a gem! It’s hard to find bartenders that are on top of things and make you feel welcome. She made us want to come back and tell our friends that Nutties is 100 times better!”

“We live 2.5 hours south of Lake Villa, but we were meeting some friends from Florida for dinner. They were in the area for their grandson’s graduation from Great Lakes Naval Academy. Found this place via Google and it had great reviews, with good reason. We wish we lived closer because it would be a favorite for sure. Probably the best bruschetta and lasagna I’ve had in a very long time. Everyone loved their entrees. We tried multiple pasta dishes and the pizza. Prices were very reasonable and our service was exceptional. Excellent dining experience all around. Highly recommend.”

We were in Chicago from Michigan for our son's Navy boot camp graduation and strayed your way for good beer, atmosphere, and good people...all of which we found at Harbors. Our bar is set high coming from the land of microbrew's but all boxes were checked here. Will definitely make this a destination spot the next time we make our way across the pond. Cheers!!”

“First time at Oktoberfest. The music was great. Nice people and atmosphere. Parking attendants directing traffic and parking in a grass lot. Everything was purchased through a ticket system. German drinks and tap beers. Festive indoors and out. Thought the food kind of sucked. The pretzels were overcooked and hard to eat. The buns for the bratwurst were really dry. Schnitzel bites didn't look anything like the photo and was basically a few crumbs in a small bowl. The strudel was nice. If I attended again, I think I would eat beforehand. Had a good time for the most part though.”

“Go to his Lake Villa Sammie for years , I have been to all their locations.Food is always delicious, owner is there often, not all Sammie has same food for some reasons.I don't care about their ribs tho but it is not a BBQ restaurant anyway.”
