“I remember you Laura. You and your partner walked in while we were super busy. Maybe you didn't notice our heads down in the well making cocktail after cocktail after cocktail for the numerous satisfied guests. Each cocktail takes several minutes to construct. Our other guests seemed fine with the wait. While you seem more content with being a keyboard warrior. Service is something we take great pride in Laura, your lack of patience could really use some work. Oh, the elevator situated right next to the stairs may have helped get you up and down, sorry you didn't see it.”

“Hidden gem with excellent food. We frequent a few times a month— because the food is just that good. Our fav apps include Spring Rolls, Crab Rangoon, & Pan Fried Dumplings. For entrees, can’t go wrong with Homemade Dumpling Soup, Thai Style Fried Rice, Pad Thai, or Thai BBQ Pork with noodles. My husband is more adventurous and his MVP’s are Massaman Curry & Thai Red Curry. We are slowly making our way through the entire menu but hard not to just order our favorites every time. Thai Milk Tea is also delish. Highly recommend checking it out!”

Best (steak) tacos I’ve had in Lockport and the staff was friendly despite the online order mishap. Will be back regardless of the error made.”

“George’s has been ‘Lockport’…..everyone goes to George’s. Love the place!! Been going there for years! Today I went there for breakfast and was told by the waitress I was not allowed to bring in my own creamer. She said it was because people sneak in alcohol disguised as other beverages. Ok…I get that. They don’t want alcohol in the restaurant….but when she claimed it was COVID related that was utter nonsense. Is this yet another instance of stupidity where COVID is on outside creamer bottles but not on everything other item coming through the door? D****”

“pizza is fabulous make sure to try the mangia sticks. oh oh and the pan pizza. the younger crew that runs the place does a fantastic job. they run a tight shift over there. don't see that to often with the younger generation. I come from crest hill to get thier pizza it's so good”

“One of the best dive bars if not the best in Lockport. It's a known biker bar, serves popcorn, has miller high life. What else do you need? Place has plenty of character and characters inside. I don't know where the "best bloody mary's" came from. This is 100% false, do not expect a good bloody, maybe in the 90s but not anymore. Overall, great spot, great dive.”

“We went for the first time tonight and everything was amazing. Our waitress was so nice and personable. The avacado bites, baked potato soup, and western burger were completely perfect. The only tiny problem was that it took a little longer to get our check, which was an issue for my boyfriend, while I was busy finishing off the fried cheesecake tortilla dessert. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back!”

They had a fantastic pot roast and a good salad and green bean with bacon.
I know there was more on the table but due to the circumstances that is all I remember about the food. Large room , clean restrooms. Good staff.

Wheelchair accessibility: There were cut outs in the sidewalk.
The building area we were in had no stairs.. restroom also good.”

They have a separate room for private parties, lots of booths and tables for small groups, normal grill food that is great, good pizza, good beer selection, and many tvs and bar space so you can enjoy what ever sporting event you want.”

“this el burrito loco is the bomb. typically order the steak tacos on corn, cilantro and onion only, classic. and their elotes! dont even get me started on those. i have two fav taco places and this is definately one of them. typically go there at LEAST 5 times a week. the chilaquiles or however you spell it are fricken fire. chicken fajita tacos are amazing. burrito bowl is so good. they have refular chirros and oreo churros. both arr amazing. i have yet to try the cheesecake burrito but there are so many things i wanna try! tamales and chile rellenos are next on my list 🙂”

Best French fries I have had in Years! Super crispy, and fluffy inside. Nice and hot, and they stood up to the sauce all the way back to work, for a crispity-crunchity-saucy treat. ???
The Tips were T3nder/Tasty and the sauce was boss! ?❤️‍??❤️‍?

One sweet young'n rang me up, while a very polite woman prepped my plate and gave me all the sauce I wanted (a lot!), and a funny gent demonstrated how to perfectly slice a large pickle into quarters without cutting the foil paper for the young'n, with the customary, "give 'em the pickle" joke to boot!

What a joy! Felt like Mom-n-Pop were back in town.
