“Haven’t been to Aurelio’s to know how great of a pizza they serve. I also appreciated walking into the architectural space. It had a nice, old school, vintage, and woodsy feel with the chandelier lighting and the street signs decorations, as you walk in to be seated. Customer service was great. The waitress was awesome and took care of my drink, when refills were needed.As far as food goes, I ordered a Medium pizza with pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and garlic. The protein toppings were cooked phenomenally. They blended well with the garlic and cheese, melting in your mouth. The sauce was excellent. It wasn’t too salty and sweet. Had the right amount of flavor to blend the toppings together. The crust was crunchy and cooked perfectly to hold the pizza together. I’d definitely would come back.“

“Ordered a small thin crust from uber eats juss being lazy & not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Pizza sauce is very tasty, wish I had ordered it on the side for dipping my pizza in. Just the right amount of crisp in the crust and it was cooked Just how I like it. I will definitely order from here again. The only thing I didn't like was that my pizza wasn't sealed in any type of way to prevent it from being tampered with while it was being delivered. Maybe perhaps some stickers to prevent the box from being open, or put the pizza in a paper bag then staple it up at the end. Otherwise very good pizza.“

“The service is top notch and down to earth. The cheese they use is grade A! I've had the deep dish before but wasn't a fan, only because it's too sweet of a sauce for my taste. However I recently tried the thin crust and it worked very well under the cheese with the sausage, bell pepper, onions and mushrooms. Seems like they saute the bell peppers and they are long pieces not diced. It's costly pie but we did get the 18 inch with 4 toppings, which came to $40. But all costs are rising. I would definitely come back to get a personal pizza for myself! I will have them brown the cheese next time. Definitely worth a try. I enjoyed the antipasto salad, just wish they chopped the meat and cheese instead of long slices that were still partially connected. I had to re-cut it which I didn't particularly mind doing but prefer it done for me if I'm paying for it.“

Romano's has been a fixture in Highland since we moved there.I had the chicken parmesan sandwich, others had the roast beef and onion rings, chicken tenders and fries.They were all very good.Next time I will have the ham and mozzarella hoagie.I didn't have the hoagie this time because I had made hoagie's at home a couple days before. They were good but not quite the same as Romano's.I haven't had the roman burger lately but plan to another time.We have not tried the steak and cheese hoagie.“

“I love aurelios, this one has a beautiful facade and interior. It's has a welcoming family feel and it's always a positive environment. The staff is friendly and like always their pizza is delicious. I'd highly recommend the lunch buffet it's a great price with salads, soups, and I think rotating dishes. When we went it was friend chicken, Italian beefs, and Alfredo pasta. Side note: the Italian beef here is surpringly good, definitely the best in the area worth it to go just for that.Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza, mushrooms, spinach, and of course plenty of salad and pasta options.Dietary restrictions: They're really good about getting their orders right, just mention while you order.“

The ambiance is "old school", and I think that's what makes it feel a little special when we go there for date night. His favorite is the special steak with the dipping butter, (even though he's a porterhouse guy, this steak is his go-to at Livios), and the dish I can't get enough of is the mushroom ravioli. The pizza crust was amazing.I grew up on John's pizza when I lived in the Calumet region. My family usually visited other locations....Hammond and Calumet City. It's probably been 15 years since I last had John's. I picked up the pizza pictured and it was the same quality as the pizza I grew up on. Munster's John's did not dissappoint. Today we had inclimate weather, bad traffic and when arriving to work I was asked to figure out food for everyone braving the weather and traffic so we could complete our workloads.We have many options in Chicago, but I opted to call Doreens in Hegewisch to see if they could accomodate a large order for 60 hungry people, if they could deliver it at a time of my choosing, and could I have everything including tip on a singular charge.They answered yes to all my questions, They helped me determine how much food would suffice and leave us with leftovers for those whom like to circle back around for extra.Most importantly, they arrrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and all the pizzas were hot and fresh. “I didn't order any food when I recently visited Spanky's - a bar and grill located in a small strip mall located at 15213 101st Ave. in Dyer, Indiana. I had a few drinks, served by the very kind bartenders, and really enjoyed the live music with my friends and family! You can smoke in the bar, but it is pretty well venhilated, according to my non-smoking friends. There is a decent sized stage, plenty of space to sit at at the bar or at the tables in front of the stage, and there wasn't a wait for the bathrooms. There were three stalls available in the ladies room, which were clean, and it was nice not having to wait! Prices for the drinks were very reasonable. If music isn't your thing, there were plenty of TV's to watch - showing the news, gameshows, and sports games. I had an awesome time, they had amazing musicians, and I look forward to going back soon!Parking: Because the bar is located within a strip club, parking can be limited. There are signs in front of the businesses that state only customers for that business can park there. There IS free, additional parking located behind the strip mall, though.Kid-friendliness: This is a bar that features adult music. You might just want to leave the children at home with a baby sitter if you're going late!Wheelchair accessibility: There are parking spots for disabled individuals. Those with wheelchairs shouldn't have much trouble navigating the single level bar.“

“Benny's is a very welcoming neighborhood bar that is a hidden gem. They have wonderful Staff members who are both pleasant and efficient on keeping your glass full! The place is very clean! They have a limited menu and homemade soups, which are very good! There is a weekly Queen of Hearts drawing every Wednesday and Karaoke Nights at least once or twice a month. Nice place to stop after work and get a burger or have a few drinks with a group. Pleasant atmosphere!“
