“After reading about the best places for Italian beef in Chicagoland, I decided to try this place. They have a private parking lot that is shared with other establishments. Inside it wasn’t too busy and they had 60’s music playing. Plenty of seating. You place your order and pay, then you get a ticket number. They call your ticket number and you pick up your food at the very end of the restaurant. You can’t miss it.I ordered the super beef combo meal. Super beef is 9 inches long. I was amazed after opening it up of how much meat they gave me. Compared to Portillos and Buona, they give you way more. In terms of quantity, they beat them. The sweet bell peppers are huge and tasty. The bread was dipped and flavorful. The meat, while bountiful, could be more moist. In some parts it was kind of dry. The French fries were similar to the same kind that McDonald’s uses, except they tasted better. Just enough salt. Overall, I would give a 4 out of 5. It was a good lunch. Staff was very friendly and efficient.“

“We live in Brookfield and go here a lot. Very consistent service and the staff must be well trained because they are always friendly. There may be a slow wait time here or there but that probably has to do with the staffing issues that plague everyone these days. You can tell the staff here is always trying their best which is not so common these days.“
“They have jalapenos. I can get a whopper with jalapenos. I've been to other Burger Kings and, for some reason, they never have jalapenos. The staff is polite. The wait times are short. I like coming here.Parking: This location always has parking spots available. I think that most people use the drive thru but not many dine in. If you want to park and go in, this is your place.“

“I had the portobello philly with the shoestring fries and WOW. The veggies on the sandwich were cooked perfectly, the fries had great seasoning, and the portions were huge! The service was incredible, really amazing people. Definitely will eat here again, recommend without reservation.“
“Was in the neighborhood and I stopped by. Italian beef sandwich is amazing. Loaded with beef. Only thing that happened was that I ordered an Italian combo and I got just a regular Italian beef. “This place is walking distance from my job, I always saw it and decided to stop in after seeing it featured on Instagram. They were super busy at the time but the cashier lady was very nice. They care about the food and service here. The burger was amazing and the fries were nice and crispy with good seasoning. Will definitely be back.“

“Updated review 4/16/2024:My previous review was a 1 star review based on unprofessional management. So far since then I haven't seen much hostility toward the employees unless it's from impatient customers who struggle to comprehend that they're not the only people waiting.Anyways, I've received exceptional service lately. Mainly from a very kind tall man with a beard and slightly longer hair. I wish I would've asked for his name.There's also another taller man who has a little stubble and glasses, he always greets me and calls me sir, which is cool because I'm actually transgender and I get a confidence boost each time I see him. Thank you. :)The food has improved as well, and their speed is top notch. I will admit Friday night was very busy BUT the employees handled it very well and professionally.Thank you for your hard work, guys. Anyone who says "fast food isn't hard work" is SO wrong. It's a very stressful environment and it's clear you have amazing employees who work extremely hard to keep the quality high and the wait time low. :)“
