“Wasn't to excited about going there with friends, that was a mistake. We are there now at least once a week. Where can you get 2 delicious pizza's and 4 beers for under $30 on 1/2 price Thursday. Wait staff are always friendly and accommodating. I always highly recommend this place to family and friends. The Friday fish fry is always good also.“

“We played a show at the theater next to this place. Had dinner here. WOW!!!! The service was very good and friendly. But the food!! I had a huge burger with bacon, egg, and hashbrowns. It was huge and incredible. Wife had a chicken wrap, she said was incredible as well. The incredible food combined with the small town friendly atmosphere makes this place well worth the stop. “This is a really cute place. Inside it is comfortable and low key. I ordered the half Italian Beef sandwich ( w/ hot peppers) that was highly rated last year. It was quite good and not too drippy. I really like that they offer a half sandwich option. The fries were good. This is a place where you place your order at the counter, sit down and wait. They bring out your food once it is ready. “The timeliness of a to-go order on a beautiful, busy Saturday afternoon was great. I'd highly recommend the Salmon with the bourbon sauce. It would have been nice if the sauce wasn't so much as a soup in the container, though it did go well with the mashed potatoes and the broccoli. I also ordered the Reuben rolls as an appetizer. I feel these would have been better enjoyed at the restaurant itself. They were a bit soggy by the time I made it home. Overall very satisfied with this establishment and the food. I did not get acknowledged or greeted (other than by the hostess) for a few minutes with several people behind the bar (they were just chatting with each other, that could be improved)“

However, it could use a bit more lights to mark the entrance driveway.Once we entered, we were curious with how the food would be. Other reviews appear to wonder about this as well. The interior atmosphere is filled with antiques and charm. The video slot machines is what I believe give reason for pause. The very reasonable prices might even make folks wonder as well! :-)When the food arrived, we didn't have to wonder anymore. The servers were polite and great by treating customers so well. They gave everything from bringing extra napkins to refilling our drinks without having to ask. “I used to always call LaBemi's the hidden gem of Crystal Lake restaurants.They had a short decline for a while but they're on their way back up ..!For those of us who enjoy Old Uptown Crystal Lake, there's nothing like these restaurants, taken ya back in time, in quaint old buildings Off the Corporate corridor on Route 14...“

“They have a great outdoor patio that often has live music. They have a menu you can order from and also grilled corn and burgers that they make outside. The owner comes by to say hello and you really feel welcome. Off to the slide they have playground equipment, basketball, and volleyball.“

“My good friend Maureen threw a party here for her granddaughter’s 9th birthday a few weeks ago and the owner/manager Selena went above and beyond to make her day special! I've tried a handful of items from them- pizza is usually pretty good (sometimes the cheese is a little excessive), the pasta specials on Thursday night can't be beat, and overall it's nice to have a pizza option close to home. The staff inside always seems to be grumpy or just non existent, but again, Dustys spoiled me, maybe that's just how people act now.
