Employees with bad attitudes! One of the drive thru workers rolled her eyes because I asked for a condiment I didnt have the option to order online. Then she says "yes, you can". My online orders are often incorrect. Do better!
The food was flavorful, but the store (I have to call it a STORE) rather than a restaurant has some stingy policies.They were out of sour cream!, so I asked for something compensatory, the employee informed me the only thing you PAY FOR is the MEAT, since they don’t charge for the included “free” items, they CANNOT compensate for their oversight of RUNNING OUT of an important ingredient!If this were a RESTAURANT, they most definitely would strive to PLEASE their customers!

Ordered for pick up. Sent my husband and he had to wait 10-15min after the pick up time we had scheduled for. Despite waiting for the “food” to be ready, he gets home and all of our bowls were wrong. Guacamole missing. Light lettuce being three strands of lettuce on my bowl. No corn on my husband’s bowl. Whatever fine, I say to my husband, perhaps they were busy.
