Like many fast food places since the pandemic, the experience is just not back to what I remember. This Panda Express seems to be working hard to get "it" back. A cheery welcome greeted everyone entering the store. I appreciated that there were enough employees (a few in training!) and food bins were kept full and hot. The food here is good for the price. But last time I went in I ordered food online for me and my colleges at work. Tell me why the lady decided to say I only had 1 order after I showed her I had 2 orders. Continued to tell me to pull in to a parking spot and said they would come out to help. My order should have been prepared and she should have not told me I was wrong. I don't understand the mix up unless she doesn't know how to read not much to say. If you went to one panda you've kind of went to them all.... If they really want to make it seem a bit more authentic they'll stop being so cheap with the portions. Anyways besides that food is good for when you just need something fast.
