“This dunkin donuts is the biggest one around in my area. Has a great and bigger variety of donuts and all of them taste. I do wish though that they bring back the oreo cheesecake donuts. Please do bring them back. The coffee also is well done. I do notice that other dunkin donuts makes the coffee differently and some I don't like but this one makes it perfectly.“

“I go to this Dunkin almost every night on my lunch break. Well this one time I went during the day and I ordered my usual Butter Pecan signature latte with cream and sugar. (The guy on nights make it perfectly. When I come to the drive through he know it's me) lol. Well on days I forgot to ask for the cream and sugar, there were two ladies on days one of them made my latte already and I asked the young lady could she add cream and sugar. She tried to tell me that I can't have cream and sugar because it won't taste right. I stated to her that I order this every night and never have a problem. She instantly remade the drink with joy. I could tell her co worker had an attitude and didn't want to make the drink again. Moral of the story they do an exceptional job and SOME of the employees go above and beyond.“

“Located in community where veganism is scarce puts this restaurant on the map. I've seen many reviews and videos via social media and decided to give it a try. I ordered my food online for pickup. Super seamless pick up. It was clean and quiet inside the establishment. I loved the Birria vegan tacos. The chef did not skimp on the mushrooms or the flavor. I would've wanted it to be spicy but it was still delicious without. For vegan consume, I will say it's good but doesn't quite hit the spot as the non vegan consume would. Great for dipping though. I think three tacos is incredibly filling but would've appreciated rice or beans to be added to the dish for the price. As a tea connoisseur (not really but still), I can appreciate the liquid gold beverage. I definitely believe this is for people interested in trying tea or using it for medicinal purposes. I found it to be something I could've whipped up at home so I wouldn't be inclined to try again. Overall, I will be a repeat customer.“

“It’s no surprise that there is are all 5 star reviews. One of the best cakes I’ve had. I planned an office event in February highlighting black owned businesses and last minute found this bakery. I came towards the end of the day so the only thing available was a frozen cake. I was definitely skeptical but the cashier said it would taste just fine once let it sit out a bit. It was so moist, it was amazing. 10/10 that was a frozen cake so I can only imagine what the fresh cupcakes taste like.“

“We stopped in for a special treat. They had a good selection of donuts. The shop was decorated nicely and the man who was working there was inviting, helpful and nice. We decided on 6 donuts, Boston creams, pistachio, blueberry cheesecake, apple cider and bacon maple. We enjoyed them all! The prices are average for this type of shop and it does have a nice area to sit and eat if you want to do that. Overall, I recommend stopping in for a delicious donut. We will be going back whenever we are in Elmhurst again.“

“I came a couple of weeks ago with my boyfriend and my sister-in-law. The lady there was so sweet and kind asking us how we found out about her business. (I totally forgot to get her name but i will be going back) The drinks we're filled with great taste the one drink she offered us reminded me of Kool-aid which was nice. I ended up getting the Watermelon cucumber which came with cucumber slices.One thing I would love to recommend as a new business that is starting up is having an open sign and even have lights and pictures of your items on the windows to draw attention to your location. In the summer it'll be a nice walk to get a drink, but the winter it'll be a harsh walk. When I asked about parking, the lady said she was trying to get the lot by the store.“

“I was dropping off a delivery for my side gig when I drove past Earl's Drive Thru BBQ. So I decided to park and go into this quaint restaurant with about eight tables and bench like seating there's even outdoor seating. As I walked in, I was greeted with a hearty "Hello!" from the guy behind the counter. As I went over the menu, I noticed they had rib tips, which is extremely hard to find on the north side of Chicago so I ordered the rib tip lunch special with one side included I chose mac and cheese. The rib tips were meaty and I like that they have four sauces you can try. My favorite was Chicago Heat, followed by the Carolina. The mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. I will definitely be hitting up this place again. I need to try the burrito.“

“Little bakery. Busy .!Why?Well I found out. I have eaten their pan de nata. They are these amazing pancake like bread. Sweet & fluffy . Famous in mexicos open markets.Always fresh. They have other sweet mexican breads. May I say at reasonable prices.Went to another bakery and spent 40.00. Here at Bambinos for the similar quantity and better quality spent about half.I was surprised that the bread stayed soft and delicious after a few days. In other bakeries bread goes hard fast.“

Today, though I changed my outlook on customer service there. A shift leader was extremely RUDE and argumentative with me when I asked who was the manager of the establishment. I took my donuts back because there were black specs all over them as well as some in the box. Possibly coffee, but I was going to get a different batch, but compliment the changes and this employee would rather argue than tell me the name of the manager. Overall, this place has great donuts and service normally. Please stress better customer relations training with employees and explain the importance of not becoming argumentative and quickly/quietly resolving issues. You never know who your customer may be!Parking: There is ample private parking for the establishment with at least 20+ parking spaces for customers.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on a main Avenue and single level. There are two door entrances.“

“I stopped coming to this location because of the lack of cleanliness and professionalism but I just so happen to stop in the other day to grab a coffee really quick. I didn’t expect a complete 180 when I came. Hector the new manager is doing an amazing job with turning the store around for better. I didn’t have one complaint. They we’re so friendly as soon as I walked through the door greeting me with smiles. He even showed me how to use the app for points and all that good stuff. The place was spotless compared to last year. Bathrooms were clean and smelled good for a change. Lobby was well organized and not thrown together like before. I almost sat down just to take it all on but I was running late for work. 10/10 improvement! I can honestly say that they have made me a believer.
