From the very beginning, Amanda was very helpful in answering our questions, being responsive, and working with us to create a menu that we wanted. We were astonished by how much food was provided at our tasting, all super yummy, and so we eagerly booked them for our reception. We opted for family style so each guest could enjoy all the dishes, and boy are we glad we did! We had DOZENS of guests come up to us that night, and since, RAVING about every dish. We ordered box lunches for a business meeting for 45 people. Gale, who initially took my order was extremely accommodating and detail oriented which helped to set my mind at ease. She made helpful suggestions and they were able to accommodate all of our food/special diet requests.

I also worked with Ron (owner) who was equally accommodating and took care to make sure our order was accurate, delivered on time, and, of course, delicious! Everyone enjoyed the food and we got several requests for the name of the service we used.

The brisket was wonderful, the brisket was the best, is all we hear. Everything was perfect!!! We worked with Meghann Streicher, she was so easy to work with and down to every detail. The office staff was on point and up to date with deadlines and info. The onsite staff was amazing and wonderful. The event director, Sue Florro, was the greatest.
