From the very beginning, Amanda was very helpful in answering our questions, being responsive, and working with us to create a menu that we wanted. We were astonished by how much food was provided at our tasting, all super yummy, and so we eagerly booked them for our reception. For the main course Shaima prepared a delicious turkey with mashed potatoes and mixed grill, which was an absolute delight! The desserts were also incredible, with just the right amount of sweetness. “I’m a flight attendant and we had the best experience today with one of the caterers. It was for flight AA2397. His name was Gary Madourie. He was wonderful. We had a long flight ahead of us and didn’t get catered with the food for sale. We had already begun boarding and our communication from our work phones was not working. Gary made the phone call for us to get the inflight food we needed for the passengers. He went out of his way to help us and we ended up getting catered just in time. Gary, thank you.
