“I can't say enough great things about Seasons 52. I reserved a room for my wife's birthday and 15 of our friends. We were professionally greeted by the host, the room was clean and well lit, the food was made perfectly and no one had an issue with their order (we know some picky eaters lol), and our server was the beat part of the whole experience. Bianca was exceptional with her professionalism, promptness, and personal touch. This was out first time at Season 52 and I can promise it will not be our last.“

“The highlight of my dining experience was, without a doubt, the Barramundi. This dish is a testament to the chef's artistry and the kitchen's commitment to sourcing the freshest, most sustainable produce. The barramundi, a fish known for its buttery texture and delicate flavor, was cooked to perfection. Its skin was crisped to a golden hue, encasing the moist, flaky flesh within. It was served atop a bed of vibrant, seasonal vegetables, each bite a harmonious blend of earth and sea. Parker Restaurant is not just a place to eat; it's a destination for those who appreciate fine dining in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're a local resident or a visitor passing through, a meal at Parker promises not only to satisfy your hunger but to leave you with a lasting impression of culinary excellence.“

“We pretty much come here once a week. If we miss a week, I’m craving just a bit too much. The flavors are a really different in such an amazing way, and the prep is definitely chef disciplined (and inspired). The vibe is fantastic. Staff is super friendly. For first timers, be sure to get, or check out online, the bar menu for some creative and really tasty sandwiches. Highly recommend!“

“I love this Family-owned business and especially that it is owned by a veteran. My family has been coming here for years, and my go to was always the Shrimp tacos! My last time in with a friend I tried a Burger. I highly recommend The Burgatory. Goat cheese on a burger- Who knew? It's drool-worthy. The other new addition I'm obsessed with is the Fried Pickles and Cheese curds appetizer. Why has no one else thought to combine these two before? And their homemade pie is unbeatable! New flavor each week. The staff is fabulous and these guys just celebrated 15 years in business. Cheers to Ellyn's Tap & Grill.“

“Today was my first time trying Lazydog and my boyfriend and I were beyond impressed! We were looking for bar food and I wasn’t expecting much, but this place blew me away. The quality and flavor of our plates were equivalent to a fine dining restaurant, for half the price. Our service was similar as well, our server Sarah was beyond nice and helpful. The manager surprised us with free fries for it being our first visit. Other restaurants - please take notes. This is our new favorite spot!“

“Attended the Mondavi wine tasting event at Topaz. The food paired beautifully with the wines. Our entire table agreed that the short rib and smoked butternut squash dish was simply delightful. We kicked off our meal with the Salmon Tartare, a light yet flavorful starter that left me wanting more. The Mahi Mahi, with its coconut curry, was rich and satisfying--I'm crossing my fingers that it becomes a permanent menu item. And the pappardelle with lamb ragu tasted like it was made fresh to order. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience, and I can't wait to return.“

“Not the first time I’ve been to this restaurant, but first time for dinner as I usually join coworkers for lunch. Kind of a different experience as far as entrée sizes and prices. For lunch I feel it’s a moderately good deal but for dinner I was a little surprised at the portion size compared to the price, we did enjoy all of our dishes but having a hard time with the value. The charred cauliflower appetizer was tasty but small portion for over $12. The lasagna Bolognese made with a chicken sausage was equivalent of two large raviolis stacked on top of each other. For $20 I would expect a bigger portion. Overall a higher rating due to the ambience of the restaurant and service was good.“

“I was a little disappointed in my fries that came with my delicious chicken tenders!! My husband was a little disappointed with the fish fry where the batter was very hard. 2 times out of the 4 times I've been to Grill 89 I got delicious crispy hot fries.“

“The bar is inside the Rose Hotel. Very beautiful atmosphere, set up for any occasion, romantic, colleagues, friends... Jonny, the bar tender, was really awesome. Although I wasn't sitting at the bar, he made sure I was doing OK. They have great cocktails and a wide variety of other alcoholic drinks.( whiskey, beer, wine). The food looks amazing. I'll be back to try the menu. The bathroom is very beautiful and clean. They had live music on Saturday when I was there.“

“We stopped at Pierce Tavern for lunch and had a great experience! The service was great throughout our visit and the wait staff were very attentive and friendly. A gentleman even came around with a beer tasting! The food was all delicious, we tried the cauliflower bites app, salad with goat cheese and brisket grilled cheese. Everything was so good! They have a large selection of cocktails, all which sound delicious, and a very extensive menu. It’s a fun place to stop at for drinks, dinner or lunch. We were very happy with our experience! Will definitely be back.“

“I had the absolute pleasure of working with Just Like Mama's for a corporate event last week, and I couldn't be more impressed with their exceptional service and delectable food. Ms Veda and her team at Just Like Mama's went above and beyond to make our event a resounding success. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that professionalism and punctuality were at the forefront of their service. They set up everything seamlessly and right on time, ensuring that the entire catering process was smooth and stress-free.Now, let's talk about the food - oh my goodness, it was an absolute delight for the taste buds! The BBQ chicken was incredibly tender and flavorful, the rib tips were succulent and perfectly cooked, the baked beans had just the right amount of smokiness and sweetness, and the cole slaw was a refreshing balance of crunch and creaminess. Each dish was clearly prepared with love and attention to detail, and it truly felt like a homemade feast. Our guests raved about the meal, and many even asked for Just Like Mama's contact information for their own future events. If you're looking for a locally-owned restaurant that delivers top-notch catering, Just Like Mama's is an absolute gem. “I would highly recommend fourteensixteen as it is by far the best restaurant in lagrange. The staff are amazing, the vibes are on point, and the location itself presents itself well. I got the pistachio covered lamb rack when I last went, and it was phenomenal. The dish held up well, the lamb was moist, and the sauces complimented the lamb perfectly. I also had the mango cheesecake, and I can still remember how perfect the cheesecake was. It was a perfect amount of cheesecake flavor to mango flavor. I would highly highly recommend this restaurant as I have yet to see a better one in the surrounding area.“

“These fries are solid. So solid I almost ate the cardboard box they came in. A little pricey, but they give you a mountain of potatoes and toppings so they’re worth it in my opinion. I had the chili cheese fries and the fries stayed mostly crispy all the way through. I put a little hot sauce on em and well…you see the result. My gf had the elote fries piled up with corn, cotija, sour cream and that seasoning ?! I’m not sure how they don’t have a line out the door everyday.“

“As always, Chef Paul’s restaurants are right on point. Katherine and I collectively have been to Vistro (Prime) a few times . . . and the food, craft cocktails, and atmosphere make for an excellent social and culinary experience. It was wonderful to see Patrick doing the Mixology while the other restaurant is in process of opening apparently this spring. This time around, Katherine and I stopped by for a craft cocktail, and we ended up enjoying the happy hour oysters that were very good.I have never offered a single suggested critique of Vie or Vistro. The only request I have is for the manager of Vistro Prime is to check the barstools at the bar.My barstool was wobbly, and it likely/ simply needs to be tightened up. I’m a handy person and have constructed and repaired barstools; so possibly, the hardware for some of your barstools needs to be tightened up and or repaired. They are beautiful barstools!Other than that, I completely recommend Vistro Prime to every and anyone that receives this review and all my friends and family as always!“

“Local bar that we walked to to get a few drinks on st Patrick's day. The specials were nice but we ended up getting some Guinness and car bombs. I got to try malort for the first time (not really a fan) prices were fine. The bartender was friendly and attentive. Wasn't too crowded. Had video poker inside which is something I'm not used to due to not being from the Midwest. I'd swing by and get some drinks here again“

“The menu at McCook Bohemian Restaurant is a delightful fusion of flavors, offering a variety of options that cater to different tastes. The culinary expertise showcased in each dish is truly impressive, and the attention to detail is evident in every bite. My personal favorite is the breaded pork tenderloin. What truly sets this restaurant apart is their unparalleled commitment to customer satisfaction. I encountered a slight hiccup with my order when a Doordasher mistakenly delivered the wrong items. However, the owner's response was nothing short of extraordinary. Even after the restaurant had officially closed, the owner personally drove out to my location to deliver a fresh, correct order. This level of dedication to ensuring customer happiness is truly rare and speaks volumes about the restaurant's values.“

“I've been here for breakfast before and thoroughly enjoyed it. This was the first time I've eaten dinner at Peasino's. It was amazing! Everything we ordered was from the appetizer menu (3 spreads with bread, fish tacos, a delicious fig and prosciutto flatbread, and an order of street corn). We loved it all. Our server, Chris K., was charming and delightful. We will definitely be back and hopefully Chris will be working when we do. Go! You won't be disappointed.“

“Down-to-earth, humble spot for some Chicago fast food! They have gyros, hot dogs, burgers, shish-kabob, Italian beef, fries, onion rings, and more. When I was here I got the #8 Greek chicken which was nicely seasoned broiled chicken, garlic bread, and rice. It came piping hot and fresh and served with a drink. I loved it! Their fries and onion rings were delicious, too. Pop's totally reminds me of a true Chicagoan spot for some grub - you'll see locals coming in and out while talking with the staff (because they're regulars) about the Bears, work, or construction nearby on I-90 (very Chicagoan). I loved the lowkey and charming feel here. Their pricing is affordable with most combos (including fries and a drink) being under $11. It's better to eat individually or with 1 person if you want to dine-in since they don't have tables inside, just a built-in tabletop against the walls so you're facing the window/wall when you eat. I recommend taking your food to-go. The 2 men at the counter helping me were personable and approachable. Located in a tiny stip mall off the busy street, this place is a small spot with convenient parking right out in front. Pop's is one humble fast-food place that serves up fresh menu items and Chicago classics. I'd recommend it!“

“Had the porkchops, it was enough for three people and was incredibly good. The restaurant is a well oiled machine, just getting people in, fed, and out the door. Everything was fine, no complaints. “This was our first visit to this restaurant. My Mom and I stopped to have a nice lunch and afterviewing the photos on the website I decided to try the French onion soup and the pot pie. My Mom ordered the egg plant Parmesan and a cup of French onion soup as well. Our food was delicious! The chicken pot pie had a very nice flavored sauce, it had white chicken meat and it was huge. The baked French onion soup was so good! I could have ate a whole pot of it. The atmosphere was very classy yet it had a relaxed feel to it. It would be a great place for a pre- wedding dinner, anniversary dinner birthday lunch/dinner or just for a nice meal. They have a full bar and gambling machines . The waiter was pleasant and on task. Overall, we both decided we will go back. If you are in the area or looking for a nice place to have a casual or upper class meal this may be your place.Vegetarian options: They did have several choices for vegetarians. “This was our first time back at B. Restaurant at the Hilton Oak Brook Hills Resort since the pandemic. We went on a random Thursday night so there were not many people in the hotel or the restaurant. We grabbed a hightop near the bar as there were sports playing on the TVs. There were a couple of guys and a couple eating dinner at the bar, but it wasn't too loud at all. It took a little while to get service since there was only one bartender serving the bar area, but it was fine - just an observation. The bartender was super nice and accommodating. She's great! The entire menu has changed since our last visit. No more pot au feu. No more honey ricotta bread. No more mozzarella sticks. We really liked those from prior visits, but we ended up trying new items which were pretty good. And although the menu prices have gone up a bit from before, they were not astronomical, especially for hotel food. The best things on the new menu are the appetizers. We had the wings, the calamari, ahi tuna, french onion soup, and cream of asparagus. All were delicious. For entrees, I think my best advice is to skip the steak and short rib. Both were a bit tough and chewy. The scallops with risotto was really good. Mac and cheese was great if you like a more swiss cheese base (not so much cheddar). Truffle fries were outstanding. Desserts were a bit hit or miss. The chocolate cake was nice and rich. The kids sundae was good. The seasonal creme brulee was peppermint, but unfortunately the combination did not work well together, so this was a miss for us. Overall, I think this is a solid 4.5 star restaurant with the potential to be 5 star if they tweak some of their food offerings.“

“1st visit. Nice location, Town Square, so easy to find and plenty of parking. The beers were great, the sandwich was so, so. I had a grilled chicken sandwich, with bacon, greens and tomato. There was a sauce on the pile and the sandwich just dropped and eventually was so sloppy as not able to really pick it up. Fries were a tiny cut and they turned cold fairly fast. There are lots of items on the menu, I look forward to trying other things.Parking: Parking on Sunday about 6:00pm was fairly open.“

“As an avowed foodie and chef, although I cook it ,I'm not enthusiastic about seafood. Ironically that statement proved to be false when Mr. Fleming presented me with the jerk fish. Apologies for eating it before I could even think to take a picture of my plate which is normally a habit. Testament to the meal and the chef! In the immortal words of Florida Evans of Good Times fame, "DAMN, DAMN DAMN!!" ?? ???? And thank you J .Fleming. Not only was your interpretation of JERK FISH top notch, you just might have given me my "fishy thing" back! ?? Thank you Sir! ????“

“Pumpkin's Place is in the heart of Maywood. The atmosphere is what is expected of a carry-out neighborhood "joint". However, the food is great! The Turkey Tips, Rib Tips and chicken wings are so quite delicious. The meat is seasoned well, then the amazing BBQ sauce makes this one of the best places for BBQ. I've never tried the sides because they don't look appetizing, but I did have the cobbler once. Surprisingly it was good. I say that because restaurant cobbler is usually unremarkable. The only downside is that it closes at 5 p.m. and the tips are usually sold out early. The great thing is it's open on Sundays so I can get my meats right after church.“

“Confusing location. I didn't realize this was located inside the hotel but this Bar Louie is pretty big with lots of seating options. Happy hour menus is pretty good with half off appetizers and also $5 you call it liquor which also included shots, $6 margaritas and mojitos. The calamari and the truffle mushroom asparagus flatbread was our group favorite. I got the mojito but I found it lacking alcohol and overly sweet. A waiter was great. Nice to talk to and got our drink ordered in and those arrived pretty quickly.“
