“Ok so this was my first time here. Went with some classmates, who have eaten here before. They said the food was good and plenty of t.v.'s to watch sports. I kept it simple, maybe too simple LOL! Someone ordered chips with salsa which was very good. So if you like spicy salsa you will love it. I believe the tortilla chips are homemade. Everyone ordered something different. Mild wings, tacos, pizza and chicken tenders. I myself ordered cheese sticks and fries LOL! I was offered a mild wing, and they were actually delicious. The fries were perfectly golden brown and tasty. The waitress was nice, and did a good job serving a table of 7 people. It was a Saturday night so the noise level was expected for a sportsbar. Plenty of room to sit, t.v.'s with tons of sports. Next time, I'll try some other food options.“
“Our server was so quick and very personable ! The Enzo beef roll brought us here and it did not disappoint . We had the marinara and au jus for dipping and the hot peppers. We also tried the wings pretty solid . We will return for sure ... also the music wasn't too bad“
“This is a wonderful restaurant. The food is good, service excellent, and atmosphere nice. I had dinner here and they had a new spring menu. My only complaint is that the food menu is a little limited; I would have expected more options. I had the salmon, which was very good, and paired with an appetizer of the crab cake. Finally, the wine selection is more than sufficient.Parking: Parking is not an issue: plenty of space and easy to find.“
“The highlight of my dining experience was, without a doubt, the Barramundi. This dish is a testament to the chef's artistry and the kitchen's commitment to sourcing the freshest, most sustainable produce. The barramundi, a fish known for its buttery texture and delicate flavor, was cooked to perfection. Its skin was crisped to a golden hue, encasing the moist, flaky flesh within. It was served atop a bed of vibrant, seasonal vegetables, each bite a harmonious blend of earth and sea. Parker Restaurant is not just a place to eat; it's a destination for those who appreciate fine dining in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're a local resident or a visitor passing through, a meal at Parker promises not only to satisfy your hunger but to leave you with a lasting impression of culinary excellence.“
“We pretty much come here once a week. If we miss a week, I’m craving just a bit too much. The flavors are a really different in such an amazing way, and the prep is definitely chef disciplined (and inspired). The vibe is fantastic. Staff is super friendly. For first timers, be sure to get, or check out online, the bar menu for some creative and really tasty sandwiches. Highly recommend!“
“Food was good. Service was great! Atmosphere is okay not bad but really dim lighting for me. The paper on the tables kind of cheapends the experience makes it fell a little less fine dining even though I completely understand why they do it.“
“A great bar with even better food! Rose was a phenomenal server and had our food out quick even on a Friday night!Parking: Parking right out front is hard, but there’s a free garage less than 5 minutes walking from the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: All thresholds are easily navigated with a wheelchair. The front door does not have an automatic opener.“
“Service was great even though we came 10 minutes before closing, additionally we got absolutely great recommendations from supporting staff. The drinks were superb. Food was delicious. Favorite was the octopus! -Overhead lighting was a minus though. Bring sunglasses.“
“The food and drinks were amazing but the service was even better. Our server Nicole made amazing recommendations, all of which we went with and had a great time. We recently moved to the area and will be making this one of our frequent spots because of her amazing service. Get this girl a raise, her level of hospitality was unreal.“
“I love this Family-owned business and especially that it is owned by a veteran. My family has been coming here for years, and my go to was always the Shrimp tacos! My last time in with a friend I tried a Burger. I highly recommend The Burgatory. Goat cheese on a burger- Who knew? It's drool-worthy. The other new addition I'm obsessed with is the Fried Pickles and Cheese curds appetizer. Why has no one else thought to combine these two before? And their homemade pie is unbeatable! New flavor each week. The staff is fabulous and these guys just celebrated 15 years in business. Cheers to Ellyn's Tap & Grill.“
“Attended the Mondavi wine tasting event at Topaz. The food paired beautifully with the wines. Our entire table agreed that the short rib and smoked butternut squash dish was simply delightful. We kicked off our meal with the Salmon Tartare, a light yet flavorful starter that left me wanting more. The Mahi Mahi, with its coconut curry, was rich and satisfying--I'm crossing my fingers that it becomes a permanent menu item. And the pappardelle with lamb ragu tasted like it was made fresh to order. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience, and I can't wait to return.“
“I love the atmosphere here! Very industrial, loft vibes are nice. Menu is very good. I would say the menu is very diverse and reminds me of a fusion restaurant. Great drinks( I had the passion fruit margarita) and so are rhe buugers! Nomi provided excellent service!“
“Not the first time I’ve been to this restaurant, but first time for dinner as I usually join coworkers for lunch. Kind of a different experience as far as entrée sizes and prices. For lunch I feel it’s a moderately good deal but for dinner I was a little surprised at the portion size compared to the price, we did enjoy all of our dishes but having a hard time with the value. The charred cauliflower appetizer was tasty but small portion for over $12. The lasagna Bolognese made with a chicken sausage was equivalent of two large raviolis stacked on top of each other. For $20 I would expect a bigger portion. Overall a higher rating due to the ambience of the restaurant and service was good.“
“Located in the Rose Hotel, same proximity as Dave and Buster’s and Trulucks. If the parking is full, just park in the huge parking lot across the street by Dave and Buster’s. When you walk into the hotel, the Thorn restaurant is to your right. The vibe is semi classy and intimate. It can also be a casual place to hang out, eat, and watch tv. Service was fantastic, they really take care of you over here. Prices are reasonable given the atmosphere. I had shrimp tacos, hemp hummus, and the Westcoast smasher burger. Pro tip: when you check in on Yelp, you get the hemp hummus for free. It was big enough to share with two other people.-shrimp tacos 5 - these are good sized tacos. Easily shareable. The shrimp pieces were fresh and juicy. Shells were soft. Avocado pieces were large chunks. The corn tortilla chips were crunchy and did not break easily.-hemp hummus 5 - fresh ingredients and warm naan. Very light appetizer.-Westcoast smasher 5 - ordered it medium and it came out perfect. It’s a very clean burger. Your hands don’t get oily or greasy. Meat practically melts in every bite. Special sauce amplifies the flavor. French fries were crispy and they’re on the thinner side. Well seasoned.“
“Love this place. Been coming here for many years, the owners make you feel like family! Great food, great value! On Sunday, they have Cream of Chicken Rice soup. The best! The servers are very friendly. Everyone is right on point Seems like they only serve breakfast and lunch lately. Hope they stay around forever“
“I was a little disappointed in my fries that came with my delicious chicken tenders!! My husband was a little disappointed with the fish fry where the batter was very hard. 2 times out of the 4 times I've been to Grill 89 I got delicious crispy hot fries.“
“Buttermilk Naperville Breakfast is a gem worth visiting, especially for their exceptional smoked salmon benny. Kudos to the chef for crafting such a delightful dish! The combination of smoky and salty flavors, along with perfectly poached eggs, creates an amazing taste experience. While my kids thoroughly enjoyed their French toast and pancakes, I unfortunately didn't get a chance to taste them. Overall, a fantastic breakfast spot with something for everyone!“
“I would highly recommend fourteensixteen as it is by far the best restaurant in lagrange. The staff are amazing, the vibes are on point, and the location itself presents itself well. I got the pistachio covered lamb rack when I last went, and it was phenomenal. The dish held up well, the lamb was moist, and the sauces complimented the lamb perfectly. I also had the mango cheesecake, and I can still remember how perfect the cheesecake was. It was a perfect amount of cheesecake flavor to mango flavor. I would highly highly recommend this restaurant as I have yet to see a better one in the surrounding area.“
“The Ginger Carrot Cake is scrumptious! Service was very good. Our server Nicole was personable and very knowledgeable about menu items. The Barbecue Chicken Salad and the Chicken Madeira (without cheese) were delicious. The warm pretzel loaf is always a treat.“
“Went for happy hour and I liked all the things we tried. Pizza, calamari, nachos... All really good. Happy hour is a good deal.Service was good enough. Took off a star because I had to hunt the waitress down multiple times for water refill.“
“The food was delicious and so fresh! The country fried steak was a little salty but overall delicious! Everything was fairly priced. The server was so friendly and kind. Very attentive as well and they served the food exactly how we asked for it. We will definitely dine in again.“
“Very nice, good food, accommodating in every way. We were running late for our reservation and they were very understanding, hostesses were very friendly and our server (Nick? Or he just reminds me of Nick from New Girl ?) was AMAZING!! Give that man a RAISE! Bartender downstairs was great as well. Everyone from Hostess to bus boys had it together. Thank you for a great dinner ❤️“
“It's such a beautiful setting at The Waterleaf at the College of DuPage Culinary & Hospitality Center. From the bread through the salad, the entree & ending w/ dessert everything is done w/care & is tasty. The service is paced so as not to hurry the diners. But if something is needed the staff is right there to help. It's obvious that the students want to optimize the dining experience. I regret not being able to go more often to try the other entree or salad. Everything is done well. A great place to dine.“
“As always, Chef Paul’s restaurants are right on point. Katherine and I collectively have been to Vistro (Prime) a few times . . . and the food, craft cocktails, and atmosphere make for an excellent social and culinary experience. It was wonderful to see Patrick doing the Mixology while the other restaurant is in process of opening apparently this spring. This time around, Katherine and I stopped by for a craft cocktail, and we ended up enjoying the happy hour oysters that were very good.I have never offered a single suggested critique of Vie or Vistro. The only request I have is for the manager of Vistro Prime is to check the barstools at the bar.My barstool was wobbly, and it likely/ simply needs to be tightened up. I’m a handy person and have constructed and repaired barstools; so possibly, the hardware for some of your barstools needs to be tightened up and or repaired. They are beautiful barstools!Other than that, I completely recommend Vistro Prime to every and anyone that receives this review and all my friends and family as always!“
“Hands down the best slider trio I have ever had. Regular cheeseburger was terrific. Buffalo chicken with blue cheese was outstanding. But the winner was the pot roast slider. Wow. Tons of flavor and very juicy. We had never been to down Elmhurst and decided to try this gem. We will be back!!!“
“You will be happy you chose to eat at Burger Antics! I had the Midland burger. The caramelized onions, Dijon mustard, and pickles were so delicious. The fries are crispy and fresh. Cocktails are delicious and balanced. And if you have room for dessert, the carrot cake has the texture of a brownie with perfect cream cheese frosting. Service is fantastic!“
“I've been here for breakfast before and thoroughly enjoyed it. This was the first time I've eaten dinner at Peasino's. It was amazing! Everything we ordered was from the appetizer menu (3 spreads with bread, fish tacos, a delicious fig and prosciutto flatbread, and an order of street corn). We loved it all. Our server, Chris K., was charming and delightful. We will definitely be back and hopefully Chris will be working when we do. Go! You won't be disappointed.“
“The food & service were great! Kelly was an excellent server and so patient with my autistic little brother. We enjoyed our burgers & the wings were great.Only con is that the women’s bathroom smelled horrible. It appeared to be clean, but the smell was really bad. Perhaps some bleach or re-tiling would do the trick.Overall, great experience. I just wouldn’t use the bathroom there.“
“Tonight our family took fall portraits and our photographer gave our daughter a plastic spider ring that quickly became a very prized possession. After photos, we went to dinner at Ditka's Grill. Our daughter was using her bread plate to play with the ring. At some point during dinner, the bread plates had been cleared… ring & all. I went out on a limb and mentioned it to the hostess. My daughter had gotten curious about the ring but so far, we had avoided meltdown territory. The hostess let the General Manager, Zach, know about the situation. About 10 minutes later, Zach approached our table, knelt down in front of our daughter, and held out the (freshly cleaned) ring. “I believe this belongs to you, miss?” he said. My jaw is still on the ground. Thank you Ditka’s Grill and Zach for going so far beyond customer service. You are a GEM! Also the steak, seafood, cocktails, and wine were spectacular - as usual.“
“This has been my second time here. Everything from the ambience to the food and service is incredible. I have tried almost everything on the menu and the item that I am least impressed with are the fires. Everything else on the menu has so much flavor and the presentation is on point. They offer a nice selection of wines. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.“
“excellent food and service. The grilled artichoke is amazing. Don't know why they don't serve "Arnold Palmers"....they never seem to have lemonade in stock. Worth several revisits.Thai Kai salad and grilled rainbow trout....what a lovely lunch combination ?Seared ahi tuna...wild rice orzo and Citron tea...a new favorite combo“
“I forgot to take pics but everything was good! The Italian beef egg rolls and bacon wrapped jalapeños were so good! The BLT had tons of bacon on it and everything was crispy as requested. The onion rings were large and yummy!Vegetarian options: They have a full vegan menu with multiple options if you are looking for that.“
“Vegetarian options: Just ask for some vegetarian options and they can make items without ingredients with most dishes.Parking: Parking in lot on street and also have parking across the lot believe it's 4 hours during day and no problem at night. IWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and one floor level no stairs.“
“Had the porkchops, it was enough for three people and was incredibly good. The restaurant is a well oiled machine, just getting people in, fed, and out the door. Everything was fine, no complaints. Just not relaxed and quaint for my taste but this is what you should expect from a good steakhouse in the center of a popular higher end shopping center. We went on a Saturday night and Parking was a nightmare.“
“This was our first visit to this restaurant. My Mom and I stopped to have a nice lunch and afterviewing the photos on the website I decided to try the French onion soup and the pot pie. My Mom ordered the egg plant Parmesan and a cup of French onion soup as well. Our food was delicious! The chicken pot pie had a very nice flavored sauce, it had white chicken meat and it was huge. The baked French onion soup was so good! I could have ate a whole pot of it. The atmosphere was very classy yet it had a relaxed feel to it. It would be a great place for a pre- wedding dinner, anniversary dinner birthday lunch/dinner or just for a nice meal. They have a full bar and gambling machines . The waiter was pleasant and on task. Overall, we both decided we will go back. If you are in the area or looking for a nice place to have a casual or upper class meal this may be your place.Vegetarian options: They did have several choices for vegetarians. My Mom doesn't eat meat.“
“Fresh tasting food, chill music and ambiance, clean restaurant and they always have my order ready by the time I get there when I order in the app or a very short wait for in person orders. The staff and managers are always so pleasant, welcoming and personable, too!“
“We were greeted by the very friendly host as soon as we walked in. The server was also very friendly, she suggested the Salmon New Orleans & we're so happy we went with her recommendation!!We had an appetizer, Salmon New Orleans dinner, Moscato wine! Delicious food all around!Great atmosphere, friendly staff, well flavored food & prices were alright. Definitely will“
“Had a coworker's retire party here. We had finger food and drinks. The area was roped off. Only minor issue was the roped area was across from the bar and didn't allow for much movement around the tables or to easily get at the food area. The Left Hand Milk Stout was great. The selection of beers is wonderful (see photo). Located on the first floor. Handicap parking accessible.Parking: Handicap parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: The front door is not handicapped accessible. For how packed the place was when we were there, I think getting about in a wheelchair would be difficult but not impossible.“
“A great place to try craft beers, warm atmosphere with live jazz, there are beer yoga classes on Sundays from 10 to 11 am 20usd per class with a pint of beer, I also highly recommend pinball tournaments.A great place to try craft beers, warm atmosphere with live jazz, there are beer yoga classes on Sundays from 10 to 11 am 20usd a class with a pint of beer, also pinball tournaments. Widely recommended.“
“This was our first time back at B. Restaurant at the Hilton Oak Brook Hills Resort since the pandemic. We went on a random Thursday night so there were not many people in the hotel or the restaurant. We grabbed a hightop near the bar as there were sports playing on the TVs. There were a couple of guys and a couple eating dinner at the bar, but it wasn't too loud at all. It took a little while to get service since there was only one bartender serving the bar area, but it was fine - just an observation. The bartender was super nice and accommodating. She's great! The entire menu has changed since our last visit. No more pot au feu. No more honey ricotta bread. No more mozzarella sticks. We really liked those from prior visits, but we ended up trying new items which were pretty good. And although the menu prices have gone up a bit from before, they were not astronomical, especially for hotel food. The best things on the new menu are the appetizers. We had the wings, the calamari, ahi tuna, french onion soup, and cream of asparagus. All were delicious. For entrees, I think my best advice is to skip the steak and short rib. Both were a bit tough and chewy. The scallops with risotto was really good. Mac and cheese was great if you like a more swiss cheese base (not so much cheddar). Truffle fries were outstanding. Desserts were a bit hit or miss. The chocolate cake was nice and rich. The kids sundae was good. The seasonal creme brulee was peppermint, but unfortunately the combination did not work well together, so this was a miss for us. Overall, I think this is a solid 4.5 star restaurant with the potential to be 5 star if they tweak some of their food offerings.“
“As a frequent shopper at the mall, I saw this restaurant all the time and wondered if it was any good.Tried it on a whim and I can confirm it is excellent. Fresh food that is just to die for. Everything tasted like it had just been harvested that day. So fresh. Atmosphere was very nice, especially at nightHighly recommended.Parking: It is in the oakbrook Mall, so parking is plentiful, just a little bit of a walk depending on where you park.“
“Food is consistently good. Love the toasted pork belly and cheese sammich and tomato soup for dipping. One comment is that I love the music at lunch. It's classic rock mostly, right up my alley, and not played so loud you can't talk to the people at your table. For dinner, my wife and I are hesitant, because depending on who is controlling the music, it can be very loud and very annoying and repetitive music. I can handle most music but not so loud I can't talk to the people at my table. Otherwise this is a great place for me - close to home, with very good beer and food.“
“I had the absolute pleasure of working with Just Like Mama's for a corporate event last week, and I couldn't be more impressed with their exceptional service and delectable food. Ms Veda and her team at Just Like Mama's went above and beyond to make our event a resounding success. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that professionalism and punctuality were at the forefront of their service. They set up everything seamlessly and right on time, ensuring that the entire catering process was smooth and stress-free.Now, let's talk about the food - oh my goodness, it was an absolute delight for the taste buds! The BBQ chicken was incredibly tender and flavorful, the rib tips were succulent and perfectly cooked, the baked beans had just the right amount of smokiness and sweetness, and the cole slaw was a refreshing balance of crunch and creaminess. Each dish was clearly prepared with love and attention to detail, and it truly felt like a homemade feast. Our guests raved about the meal, and many even asked for Just Like Mama's contact information for their own future events. If you're looking for a locally-owned restaurant that delivers top-notch catering, Just Like Mama's is an absolute gem. Ms. Veda and her team have mastered the art of combining mouthwatering flavors with exceptional service. I can't recommend them highly enough, and I'm already looking forward to the next opportunity to savor their delicious offerings.Thank you, Just Like Mama's, for making our event an unforgettable experience!“
“Starting with the potato leek soup, wow, the smoke flavor in this soup really elevated it to a new level. Then the burnt ends served over BBQ potato chips, it was a double good combination. (Pro tip: the chips that soak up the burnt ends drippings are dynamite. Finished of the night with the cowboy Reuben... Seriously good “
“As an avowed foodie and chef, although I cook it ,I'm not enthusiastic about seafood. Ironically that statement proved to be false when Mr. Fleming presented me with the jerk fish. Apologies for eating it before I could even think to take a picture of my plate which is normally a habit. Testament to the meal and the chef! In the immortal words of Florida Evans of Good Times fame, "DAMN, DAMN DAMN!!" ?? ???? And thank you J .Fleming. Not only was your interpretation of JERK FISH top notch, you just might have given me my "fishy thing" back! ?? Thank you Sir! ????“
“This place is on my list of top 5 favorite dive bars. When you walk in there's a room to the right that has pool tables, darts and giant checkers! Then just when I thought it couldn't get any better. A band started jamming and they sounded incredible! The glass wall in between us created the perfect amount of sound. We ordered pizza and it was hot and delicious. Our bartenders were friendly and attentive.“
“Atmosphere is amazing. Waitstaff are so nice and really fun. The food is INCREDIBLE. I seriously think this is my new go-to spot. Everything on the menu is so creative, delicious, and right out of a midnight craving (and I thank god every day they're open late on the weekend). Overall 10/10, you won't go wrong!“
“I was at Artisan for lunch. The food was very good. The staff is very friendly and the service is as good as what I had for lunch. If you are in the Naperville area or staying at the Marriott that the Artisan Table is, you will enjoy the food.“
“We came here for breakfast and we will definitely be back. The bartender - who was also our server - was friendly, efficient and attentive. My husband ordered the corned beef hash bowl and I ordered the Southern Benedict. The bowl had corned beef hash, breakfast potatoes, cheese and eggs, and a side of toast. The Southern Benedict was an english muffin topped with bacon, perfectly poached eggs and sausage gravy, with a side of breakfast potatoes.Everything was cooked to perfection, seasoned well, and right-off-the-griddle hot. Plus, the prices were quite reasonable. We will return to try some of the other dishes on the menu, and I would urge everyone else to do the same.“
“Great little place. Nice music vibe, decôr funky and cool. Have your dollars ready. Had the gyros fries. Excellent, even after sitting they still had a nice outer crunch. A little less meat that than a normal gyros, pita bread a bonus, tzatziki good, nice amount of tomatoe and onion utop. Gave 4 stars as limes were completely old and dry.:(???“
