Employees could do better.You know in some movies that start out with someone going into a rural small town and into a restaurant where the staff isn’t so friendly or is indifferent to outsiders? I pulled up to the outer lane of the drive through and the voice said that they would be with me in a minute. So I waited. The inner lane then took five orders and moved cars forward while I waited. It wasn’t fair. I felt cheated. It probably cost me an extra twenty minutes. When they are operating two lines, the expectation is that they will take turns taking orders and moving cars forward.
