“I went here for lunch to try the impossible burger and take advantage of my birthday rewards. The burger was delicious. I will say I was charged for entertainment and didn’t know why. Apparently if you touch the device on the table you’re charged $2.99 that was a surprise. But because my server had already left for the day the manager couldn’t remove the charge but tried. So, he offered a card for a free appetizer or dessert AFTER a purchase though. Besides that the food was good and the service was great.“

“My family was there to celebrate my son's birthday. They were patient with our party as we had some late arrivals. The server was sweet and friendly. She was even training a new server. We had a party of 13 she did awesome with getting orders for drinks and food. She even had a candle on my son's cookie so we could sing happy birthday. Will definitely come again“

“This place is awesome i came in today around 12:30 the customer service was the best i’ve have yet. When the boy handed me my food he told me to have a great day and to enjoy sadly i wasn’t able to get his name and i couldn’t give him a tip. The food was fast and ready like always and it was good i can tell the people that work there are hard workers and love to bring smiles on peoples faces when they give them there food.“

The housemade salsa ranchera is to DIE for; they actually feed you like you want to eat instead of letting you get hungry almost right after. My meal was priced well and the portion was enough to make brunch and dinner of it. I am rarely Food Network about a place, but this diner is the literal best food I've had in a very long time. I also was able to have broccoli without butter on it which was delightful and their Cole slaw is delish, thinly sliced cabbage and a treat to eat…ps also love the bu. With butter on the side… Culver’s is my place to go when I want a burger, cheese curds, AND FRIED SHRIMP…. Way to go to you and your marvy staffs!!!❤️❤️“

“I came in today and Solomon was the only employee working today. Even with a store full of customers and online orders, waiting to be fulfilled, he went above and beyond in his duties to take orders and prepare food in a timely order. Working in food service is hard enough and this wonderful employee took the challenges in stride and with a smile on his face. Give that man a raise!“

“As soon as I saw this place, I told my wife we had to go. It’s the home of the torpedo sandwich, how could you say no. The place did not disappoint! I got a “10 inch” torpedo sandwich but it was more like 24 inches! Allie got a Hot Italian Beef which was also delicious and would have made Tony Soprano proud. Hopefully we make it back one day! “First, if you've never had a Dairy Queen burger, you're missing out.
Cashier was friendly. I'd ordered a cake earlier in the week. It was ready and correct. Hadn't had lunch, so I ordered burger, rings and a drink.
My first heads up was the guy standing to the side. When I asked him if he was in line he said no. Waiting on my order. Then a group of 5 came in, followed by a group of 3. Everyone ordered ice cream. It looked like the crew was confused? Not coordinated at all. That took forever to get the ice cream people handled. Another couple came in, stood in front of the cashier for about 3-4 minutes. Never acknowledged, so they walked out. After 20 minutes (I checked the time stamp on my receipt) I asked if they forgot about me. Cashier starts throwing the grill operator under the bus instead of taking care of it. Got my burger, rings, had to go back for my drink.
All I can think of is, PLEASE, get some professional training in there! You're spilling business.

“McDonald’s Restaurants have sure changed since I was little and this one is soo chill. It is the classiest in this part of the Chicago Southland in my opinion. Don’t be surprised if you tend to run into some white collar professionals at this one. And it’s a great McDonald’s to see every generation hangout—sweet senior citizens handing out & grandparents taking their grandkids for lunch. Kind crew, clean & modern interior, and well organized too. I like how there isn’t a drink station, and that you need to get napkins & other utensils directly from the front counter. It makes sense when you think about it: less messes, less waste, more seating space & less stress for us parents. ☺️“
