We come here every once and awhile. It's a reliable spot where I know what to expect everytime.First the service is amazing. We let the waitress know that we were going to share the chicken sandwich The chef cut our sandwich in half and split the fries to two plates! So thoughtful and we never expected it! Having visited another Rock Bottom location and having had a good experience, I wanted to bring my wife to the Orland Park location for a late lunch. Our service was extremely slow due to what the waitress said was "only 2 servers for the whole section". 12 minutes between our drinks and taking our order, so we missed out on ordering appetizer egg rolls. We stopped in the first night for a quick carry out on the way to our hotel (restaurant in front of the brand new Hampton inn). Brad, the bartender and our server was excellent making suggestions, offering to split portions for ease of eating carryout and giving us water while we waited. Just a great feel good customer service experience. Got to hotel, food was excellent, had all condiments and so very satisfied we went back for dinner the following night.
