I have been coming to this McDonald's sparingly for over 20 years. I noticed over time there is no real thing as customer service around anymore. Employees should have people skills where they tall to them, are kind and talkative. Our order was correct for the first time in awhile.
I put middle because the night shift is terrible but the morning crew is ????? wife got breakfast from there most recently and she loved it, the food was fresh and on point for the 3rd time straight. I have no idea what the night crew is missing. I did notice more adults in the morning crew. I’d say figure it out before the incompetence gets a customer sick.
