“The food was delicious!! I was very impressed. Very clean inside with a beautiful view of the river at sunset.

It seemed like what you received vs what was described on the menu might be slightly different (my dish was missing spinach), but it was so good I didn’t mind at all!! I got the Tomato & Basil Crusted Chicken Breast with a side of garlic mashed potatoes. Both were very garlicky in flavor, but I love garlic! I was blown away with how delicious this was!! The house salad was also stellar.”

They really care about their customers and quality, in an increasingly pleasant atmosphere. (They are currently doing really cool murals and building decor inside. Lots of variety in the menu and our family has each found their favorites that keep us coming back again and again… 5 stars easy.”

I am 67 years old and I’ve been eating there since I can remember my grandma Shelton used to send us up there with a little money to get us a made right and cherry Coke and some french fries and we can get that all for $.50. I.l the best sandwiches the best everything about the make d-Rite. I now live in Florida but anytime I come home to Quincy. I stop at the Madri with my whole family, and we can eat us some maid-Rites… it’s always a good time and I think you made right for being open all of these years and I would recommend it to anyone. We love it.”

“In town on business, my husband and I decided to check out TCBY at the recommendation of one of his co-workers.

The young lady behind the counter, Mackenzie, was cheerful, smiling and happily answered any questions we had.

It was overall a great experience from the frozen yogurt to the service.

“I went to The Pinball Joint in downtown Quincy with a bunch of friends recently on a a Thursday night. It wasntl't busy at all. A basic Google of this place indicated at one point it was quasi-private- this is no longer the case as of May 2025. This place is 100% cash only, which would have been nice to know in advance. They had an ATM of course, so we all lined up there to get cash out for drinks and games. Games, bar, food, all cash. Had many great pins though- which is all I was interested in. Upstairs they probably had 10-12 under 10 year old pins and maybe 10 or so older pins- a few if the older pins were broke- which I knew going in based on another review. I was slightly bummed that they also had 4 or 5 newer pins in the basement (where the bar is/where you pay) that you still had to pay to play with quarters. I think Venom and Foo Fighters were down there with a few others. Otherwise it was $10 per hour or $20 to play until they closed- everything was set to freeplay except for the pins in the basement. It was also $5/pp to do the blacklight mini golf. When you go upstairs where everything playable is primarily located it's kinda like entering a haunted house. It is very VERY dark and has several rooms with various pins like Rush pro, The Mandolorian, Zeppelin, 007 Dr. No pro, and Deadpool pro among others. Most of their newer Sterns were set up with insider. I don't think their Avengers, Iron Maiden, or TMNT had insider. In the main arcade room they had air hockey, pool, ski-ball, a small stage with Rock Band setup, and several old cabinet arcade games. Overall the experience was pretty good for me as an avid pinball player. I stayed for several hours. For my pals, they were good for an hour or so before they wanted to go somewhere else.”

“I am fed up with this place. Very poor customer service!!! This is the 3rd time they have screwed up my order for bagels for a holiday gathering. I placed an order 8 days ago and when I arrived to pick it up was told that they didn't have all the bagels, specifically the everything and chocolate chip ones, I ordered because of "supply chain" problems and had to substitute other bagels without bothering to call me and ask what I wanted instead. Meanwhile, the pickup order next to mine on the counter had everything bagels listed on their order. So apparently she just lied to my face. I had called yesterday to add 2 blueberry bagels to my existing order only to be told today that they don't have any more bagels at all. Apparently they don't have any concept of how to plan ahead to be able to fulfill existing orders prior to selling all their product to walk-ins. Don't bother ordering ahead, they won't have what you ordered anyway. And I just checked my order. Not only did they do all of the above but they also shorted me a bagel. So I paid for 18 and only got 17, 7 of which were not what I ordered! Inexcusable! Beyond annoyed! I'm done!”

“This place is a hidden gem! We went there with a lunch group of 17 that meet once a month. We called ahead and they had tables set up for our group. The food is so good and very reasonable. The daily specials include a drink for$9.99. You order at the counter, you get your own drink and refills, then they call your number and you pick it up from the pick up area. By the time I got my drink and sat down, they called my number. They said they are always fast because there are a lot of businesses around that come in for lunch and need to get back to work The staff is amazing! Definitely go check them out! You won't be disappointed!”

I called my order in and asked for the half gallon of spaghetti and garlic bread she informed me about the family feast including that and a large soda and sub sandwich when I asked how much she said $36.50 after taxes so I agreed picked up my order got home about 25mins drive and after we eat the wonderful food I got on my banking app....... $45.63 was charged by La Gondola's!!!! What in the world am I being charged over $9 for when I picked up my order so no delivery charges.... I'm confused and I will be contesting the amount you charged too!! This is crazy”

“Went to Cassano’s pizza and subs in Quincy. Instantly greeted by staff who was great the whole time. Very fast service and waiter was always around asking if we needed refills or anything else. Very friendly and kind staff. Clean store. I would give the service a 10 if I could. The food was excellent. Got the fried pickles and breaded mushrooms and they were amazing. Came with a ton of ranch too which was great. For dinner I got the large pork fritter and it was excellent. I would recommend Cassano’s to anybody. This was my first time eating here and definitely won’t be my last.”
