As someone who has worked in a lot of restaurants/bars in the area i can say this place is VERY clean VERY fresh. The food is kept fresh the kitchen is spotless 24/7 they clean the floors like they're going to eat off of them. A lot of restaurant kitchens in the area are nasty and i wouldn't eat from the places i worked at. As with most mid-priced American sushi, there was too much sauce/topping. It doesn't let you enjoy the flavors of the seafood. I will return but I'll know to ask for a lighter application.
