“We had a great dining experience. The food was delicious—we ordered the crab and the filet mignon, and both were perfectly prepared. The cocktails were excellent, and the dessert was absolutely delicious, making for a perfect ending to the meal. To be completely honest, the oysters were the only disappointment. We tried both the East Coast and West Coast oysters, but neither was to our taste. We also didn't really enjoy the sauces that came with them. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and would definitely come back for the outstanding food, great cocktails, and amazing desserts.”

​The service was spectacular. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly special, acknowledging our milestone with genuine warmth.
​As for the food—it was phenomenal. Every dish was prepared to absolute perfection, from the perfectly seared, juicy steaks, (I had the 10oz filet oscar style with jumbo lump crab on top) to the decadent sides and desserts. I recommend the crab cake and lobster mac and cheese.
It’s rare to find a place that pairs world-class cuisine with such high-caliber hospitality so effortlessly.

They had the best coconut cream pie I’ve ever had. Service was just as amazing as the food. Be prepared to spend money it’s worth it though.”

“Went to Angelo‘s for the first time last Friday night. The food was excellent and the restaurant was very accommodating. Had my five-year-old grandson who wanted a hamburger, we ordered pizza, and all the food was very good. I asked Angelo if he could make the hamburger very thin for my grandson and he made one just perfect. Here is a picture of him after he ate the whole thing.”

“The store is located on the second floor kind of just randomly in the middle of the lanes as it’s a small store. I got 2 Sweet Almond pretzels which were both delicious and still warm.

They’ve got other options such as nuggets, pretzel buckets, dips, mini dogs, and flavours of pretzles like Original, Cinnamon Sugar, Roasted Garlic & Parmesan, and Sour Cream & Onion.”

“Fun environment but they need better DJ’s that know how to read the room. If you see that everyone is leaving the floor, change it up. Also one of their security was really aggressive and grabbing on women on the dance floor.”

“Last night after a long hiatus we stopped into Mortons In Rosemont! I have eaten at the Original on State street so I wasn't sure what to expect. I believe we showed up a few minutes before they opened for dinner.... Our mistake after shopping at the Fashion Outlets nearby. We realized that we were the 1st there and felt bad! However we were immediately greeted and welcomed in! We were seated and waited on by Suzanne whom was obviously a pro at her job! We did their Porter Steak Dinner that's literally enough for 2 huge guys, and we had the most amazing experience! I eat at many fine restaurants but this was a wonderful time and fabulous meal. Suzanne just made us feel comfortable and like we were regulars! I'm sure we will be back soon! 5 stars ++++++”

“It’s a mall food court where every table is dirty and rocks so not a great atmosphere. However the guys working at Kong Dog are very friendly and efficient and they were happy to answer questions and make suggestions. I have never had a Kong Dog but I give it 10/10 and the mango lemonade was delicious combo too! I’ll be back for sure.”

“The restaurant was great, excellent food and service. It's part of the Hilton Hotel and the parking is self service, but there is a fee for the lot. However, the restaurant does validate so there's no fee to park when dining there.”

A glass of Prosecco, some dynamite wings, a perfectly cooked steak frites w chimichurri, a great glass of Chianti, and above all a superb server who balanced checking on me and letting me eat (this was a solo meal). “I usually have a good experience at this location, and the rest of the staff — including the manager — are friendly and professional. However, there is one employee (a woman) whose behavior consistently stands out in a negative way.

During my recent visit, I had an issue with a mobile order where I was charged, and I showed proof both from my bank account and the app. Instead of trying to help, she had a very rude and dismissive attitude. She was speaking in Spanish to her coworkers about the situation rather than addressing me directly. When I asked if she spoke English, I was told yes, but she still continued speaking to others instead of communicating with me properly.

What made the situation more frustrating is that I do understand Spanish, and her tone and comments were unprofessional. Once she realized I could understand, her attitude changed and she finally spoke in English and corrected her tone.

Customer service should be respectful and consistent, regardless of the situation. I hope management addresses this, because it does not reflect the otherwise positive experience I’ve had at this location.”

“Mall chicken is a national treasure and so reasonably priced. Exactly the same predictable food that I was eating as a kid 25 years ago and in that time the price has only gone up $2. Never change, mall chicken, never change.”

“Food was great. Always is! The main issue is the cleanliness of the dining area and lack of aesthetic appeal. You guys make a killing. Invest in your diner and get your workers more help. They do as much as they can! Great crew! Paint your walls. Decorate the store. Get better seats. Scared more don’t make no $.”
