First time for me at Buford's Pub, my family had each been there before. My mom and I were greeted by a very friendly waitress and the bar dog. The bar was full, but she would get us a table as soon as she could. So we waited at the bar. We were still waiting for two others and not in a hurry. Nice, very typical bar with a large sandwich menu. It advises itself with a first responders theme. The dining area is sufficiently removed from the bar so you could comfortably hold a conversation without yelling. The sandwiches were tasty and large enough for a dinner. Sadly the service was not great for a nearly empty restaurant. Wasn't able to get a refill until the meal was finished. Also, an added 3% for using a credit card which we were not told in advance. Love this place! The food is delicious, and the staff are always so amazing! I brought my best friend out last night to celebrate her accomplishments at work and she loved the food as well.
