“This place opened recently I believe, it's a bit hidden but I love the healthy selections. There's smoothies, drinks, protein waffles, açaí bowls. The menu is all low calorie, high protein, low sugar AND based off of the waffle I had it tastes fantastic too. As someone who is into fitness and watching my calories and macros and doesn't want a lot of sugar, this place checked all the boxes. Even if you aren't someone who is into fitness and tracking what you eat, this place still is great because the food is good by any standard not just "good for healthy food" in my opinion. Plus it'll leave you feeling nicely satisfied and full because of the high protein content and filling ingredients. I added peanut butter and chia seeds as well to mine, it seems the waffle is pretty customizable! The lady who took my order and prepared the food was really kind, she asked me if I wanted a drink and even asked me if I'd like the chia seeds mixed into the waffles. The ambiance / seating is pretty too, there's a booth as well as tables and a sofa. The only suggestion I would make is it would be nice if there were a few sets of silverware instead of plastic as a plastic knife can be hard to cut a waffle with, but overall not a big deal at all. It's hard to find açaí / smoothie and protein places in the area, so I'm really happy :)“
