“These guys always have my order ready in 30 minutes or less ( usually 20 minutes). The food is great, my family and I go here for a little treat every now and again. The price is a little higher but totally worth it. “Great Quad Cities style pizza! Their sausage mushroom is delicious! I love the amount of toppings that they included. They are worth the cost! I would eat this pizza every single time I visit the Quad Cities, as we are from out of state. The quad cities has "ruined me" on many other pizzas in Ohio because they are so good!!! I heard this is the style that started it all, so it's worth a try if you're around here!!!“

“Bree and Mitch were amazing to work with! We have eaten there as a family a few times, but most recently Tapp 22 catered our Workers Memorial Event at the USW Local 105 Union Hall. The Food and service were phenomenal. We had roughly 75 people stay and eat and there was plenty of food for everyone. We got a lot of compliments on our choice for catering. We will definitely be using them again in the future either at the hall or the restaurant. Cannot go wrong here.“

“They have amazing food. I've been for breakfast and lunch. Everything I've tried I've loved, especially the multi-grain pancakes with fruit and sugar free syrup. I've invited friends and they loved as well. Staff is sweet and attentive. Returned after covid to find a beautifully remodeled restaurant, new owners, management or both, new delicious menu. Must try.Parking: They have great food, lots of parking, but they draw people in because of their reputation. Worth the wait.“

“The historic house provided a wonderful atmosphere and a great view of the Mississippi below. Ordered cocktails, salmon, turkey dinner, and chocolate chip cookie with ice cream dessert. Everything was delicious! They had local spirits from Mississippi River Distilling. I ate just the right amount of food. As a garlic lover, the garlic salad was awesome! “This was a cute and quaint little place. You could tell they absolutely have regulars that know the waitress' name (Suzy I think?). She was very nice and likely the only waitress that actually works there. She handled 5 tables at once with ease. This place is pretty small (5 tables in the room we were in and another 2-3 near the entrance/kitchen). They surprisingly had a lot of options on the menu and although it is a bbq place, my coworker and I did not try it as we had a long day ahead of us! They sell breakfast, bbq and lunch all day though so whenever the desire strikes, you can eat it here! We both ended up getting cheeseburgers and they were good! I realized we weren't asked how we wanted the meat cooked, but it came out well-done which is how I would have asked for it anyway. The meat was still tender and juicy. The fries were also just a little crispy, which I enjoyed and the coleslaw was sweet and delicious ( and I don't like many people's coleslaw)! It felt like a family atmosphere and it was a nice little place. I'd definitely come back to try the BBQ if I was ever back in this area.“

“Very neat place but small. The service was adequate, there were only two people working and they were busy. However my meal was great! We started with a local brew and their pretzel and beer cheese dish. The pretzel was HUGE! Definitely a two person or more dish to share. But it was delish and I recommend trying one when you visit. Go for the set red dipping sauce, I forget what it was, but it was good.I had a very tasty signature salad. You've got to try it! From the fresh baby spinach, salty walnut, sweet cranberry, and the feta to the rich balsamic vinegarette dressing, oh my! The combination of flavors! It was truly delicious! I also had a cup of corn chowder that was very hearty, served with toasted baguettes, and I couldn't finish it all. Thankfully, they have to go soup bowls, I love that! Lunch for tomorrow. “We were seated very quickly and the waitress came out in about 5 minutes, took our drink order, brought it in about 10 but NEVER seen her again. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting we asked for a new server. They moved us to a new server and he was fantastic (wish I could remember his name). The sad part is the waitress didn’t have many tables and just kept disappearing. Anyways, she lost out on a $65 dollar tip. My husband had the meatloaf and said it was horrible!!! “Javier & the owner were incredibly kind. Such wonderful service, they truly know customer service. Unfortunately, we got there close to closing time but they still happily served us. Food was also very very good & fresh. We got the crispy chicken sandwich, crispy chicken chipotle wrap, and eggs breakfast with sausages, ham & pancakes. “Stopped here for something different after a long time in the plains. Ended up getting walked through their concept by someone who was very friendly, and even got a free drink sample. Enjoyed the huli huli chicken, and their lemonade was great. Note that non-spicy is their default on everything, and even a mid tier spicy level isn’t very hot here. Went lower because of being nervous at the one Thai place in Spokane but just be ready to ask for a higher number if you want heat. Still can’t complain about them making such good food for everyone, and hopefully this place is around for a long time because the idea is great.“

I let my fenamine child pick a place... Being a typical teen, she thought this place looks 'cool'... The woman related my marriage gave me a death stare for trusting a 'child' (she is 19) for our dinner fate... We got there roughly at 9:30pm...there were bars and happenings in the area... It was loud and lots lots of happiness... More death stare from... This place that we ate was Amazing! The food and service were just beyond our expectation for a bar?! We ordered the following: * Buffalo chicken dip(appetizer) * Blacken Fish Tacos * Sea Worthy Burger Let me say this without hesitation the appetizer has more originally and taste than any appetizers I have had in the past decade from any restaurant... My burger was a double stack cooked perfectly( medium rare - without being asked)... The fish taco was just devine - it has cut mangos! Look I know there are good restaurants out there... Seriously, this is by far the BEST food I have EVER EATEN from a bar... Did I mentioned they have live music? This place is a gem! Love to come back.“

Their house sauce is very good-somewhat tangy and you can taste the bourbon flavoring. The food order came out quick even though the place was busy. “When visiting my hometown of Moline this is one of my favorite restaurants to visit. I have been coming here since it opened decades ago and it is so good. Very friendly, attentive service. The ambience is comfortable and cozy. We had a 4 top table near the fireplace which was a perfect setting for a cold winters night . As it was Saturday night, the entire dining room filled up, so it is definitely a popular seating establishment. Our food all excellent. My favorite dish is the ginger chicken. My husband had the salmon. Both were excellent. The shrimp spring rolls (I think that is the name) are the best I have had anywhere! Service tends to be a bit slow. Looking forward to another meal here when we are back in town! Thank you!“

“One of the best meals I've had in my life! Our server, Dominic was very attentive and did an excellent job on smoking my old fashioned and presenting the Bananas Foster table side. The view from the restaurant of the river is pretty nice at sunset. I had the scallops and my wife had the duck. Both were outstanding. We were there for my wife's birthday and there was a “Happy Birthday “ sign on the table when we arrived. Prices are in line with a high end restaurant and well worth it! I highly recommend this place!“

“Not being from the area, and not wanting to eat at the fast food places. Our first night going here was excellent. I had the blueberry & lemon cheesecake milkshake, Sunny's burger with a side of roasted brussel sprouts with bacon jam. My husband had the bbq brisket burger with the same side. The second time we came, our burgers were made with less ingredients, less saucy. The third time we arrived we had to ask for crisper Brussels and burgers were excellent, Mac and cheese with brisket also excellent. The last and final time we had Mac & cheese brisket and raw brussels sprouts with no bacon jam, it was a to-go order. It was disappointing. The milkshakes were okay. The best milkshake they took off the menu. Overall, depending on when you go you may get top- notch food or you may not. This is why I gave 4 stars. If we're ever in Iowa again, we'll come back. I do recommend coming here, if something isn't right with the food speak up respectfully. We as customers pay a pretty penny for cooked delicious food.“

“Food itself was very good! However order accuracy is important to me. We were missing five items, three of them being sauces. Not the biggest deal though. Staff was friendly otherwise, we paid to get the sauces anyhow but it felt like false advertising when the menu said a sauce was included with the item. Flavor for the burger patties seemed very bland. I did however love the atmosphere and decoration. The onion rings and cinnamon sugar bites were absolutely delicious though and worth every penny. I was also told the fried shrimp basket also tasted amazing. Friendly staff otherwise, we did end up paying extra to get the sauces... It did seem like false advertising when what we ordered was supposed to come with a sauce. The classic diner feel and decor though was amazing and honestly loved how it made others smile! Will definitely recommend them for their appetizers! Amazing breakfast options and shakes as well I've heard from the locals so if we end up back in the area sometime we might just have to check that out. “Sitting on the north bank of the Rock River, this place is pretty large. We apparently went in through one of three doors so pay attention. We were early enough to pick a booth, and were promptly given menus. I checked out the salad bar but decided to try the Grilled Cheesy Burger. Just like it sounds, a grilled cheese sandwich with Texas Toast meets 1/2 pound cheeseburger. A couple of onion rings on top for good measure as well. The steak fries were a little crispy but still good. Will return again.“

The restaurant also does compulsory tips on their receipts, but I could not find a sign informing people of that within the building. Other than that, the food is decent and the talents of a Hibachi chef are not to be understated. Overall enjoyable experience.“
