“O....M...G!! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Where has this flavor been all my life! I was sooo in heaven. How come this wasn't discovered when I was a kid?? This place gives the Vienna hotdog a serious run around the park with the different flavors, ingredients, and the way their dishes are served to make their food items unique. I was getting off of work one day last week and wanted a hotdog, but I didn't know where I wanted to go. I Googled the word dawd (because I thought it was different lol), and The Dawg Park in the Arboretum appeared just 3 doors down east of Xsport Fitness. The staff was nice and polite. The environment was clean and inviting. Tony, the manager, introduced himself and gave me a history of the establishment. I asked what he would suggest because everything on the menu looked mouth watering. I had the Muddy Fries ? and Ninja Dawg . Not only was it great tasting, but it was very appealing to the eye. Presentation and flavor are everything to me. This place is very kid friendly with a children's menu, children movies playing, video arcade games, and a giant connect four. So, on your downtime, evening run for errands, a close by shopping experience, or a weekend out with friends or family, stop by Dawg Park, meet Tony and his crew. Tell him Mimi sent you ??“

“Took The Wife here for a late lunch. It was busy-ish, but we got a table fairly quickly. I got a Cheeseburger that took a very long time to make, and The Wife got a soup and half a sandwich. Nice place for the most part, but the seats and tables were sticky and dirty. Prices were more than average. A bit on the high side. Not sure if we'll come back.“

“Really enjoyed this unique coffee and gelato place. Not only was the latte perfect, but the gelato was also really fresh and they had plenty of flavors. I saw others getting Nutella crepes that also looked amazing. Will most definitely come back!“

“I had a custom birthday cake made for my husbands birthday and it was even more perfect than I could’ve imagined! It was a highlight of the party! She replicated exactly what I asked for and exceeded my expectations. Not to mention the cake was delicious too! Highly recommend!“

“No wake is great. The servers and bartenders are really friendly. The prices at this bar are always reasonable. I always enjoy the food when I visit. Atmosphere is fun too. This bar is popular but gets more crowded in the summer months. Located on the Fox River it's always fun to stop while boating. They also have gas for refueling boats. There are also a lot machines and there is outdoor seating in the summer months. I would highly recommend visiting no wake.“

“If you're around the greater Chicago area. Stop in and grab a concrete. That's what I did.I'm from Missouri and we are known for how great our frozen custard places are. I gotta say it was a nice filling in for my normal ice cream stops.I got the chocolate peanut butter concrete and although, their caramel cookie dough looked very inticing, I didn't try it.They have a great variety of flavors and very creamy custard.Jake from Missouri approves.?????“

“Food: I had masala tea & combo medu vada/idli.Very good taste. They serve three types of chutneys, I liked all and also they serve sambhar.Masala Tea quantity was a big full mug. I don't find these quantity in other Indian restaurant. Typically it is less quantity.They have options for buffet on selective days.Service: Server was very attentive and response was quick.Atmosphere: It is nice & comfortable seating arrangement to be with your loved ones, friends and family.“

“This place was great. We stopped in this morning I had the green bowl & the Oreo donut. I have no idea how he got the bowl of the base so light & airy. Normally bowls are dense, it was not at all, I really enjoyed it. Husband got the peanut lovers shake. It was all so good. It was filling & satisfying. The setup is great, loved the post it note wall.The owner was super friendly & welcoming. He said he’d been in business one year, hope he has many more years of success. He has a great shop.Dietary restrictions: I’m soy & dairy intolerant & there were plenty of options on the menu for me to enjoy.“

“My husband's birthday was great, thanks to La Pizza Via! With Ben's help, I surprised him on a Tuesday after work with an intimate dinner gathering with a few close friends in their dining area. It was the perfect setting for a quick surprise celebration. Ben took care of absolutely everything, from the ambiance to the food. All I had to do was send out invitations and get my husband there! The food was delicious, and the service was fantastic. We can't recommend La Pizza Via enough – it's a wonderful spot for a special occasion.“

“Great selection of beers. You can get pints or flights. An excellent space. We came for trivia night and it was packed, but we still got served in a timely manner. The giant pretzel was good. Lots of places in the area deliver here, so even though there are no real food options on the menu you can get something delivered.“

“* I went to the Winery. I did not stay in the B&B.This Winery was so nice. Asthetically beautiful. Bar or lounge seating so you can pick the scene you prefer. They had sweet wine, too, which some places don't even offer. Me and my friends also tried a chocolate truffle which was yummy. I tasted them all and they were very good. It is very tempting to start a membership. However, when it was time for me to go, I still had 3 out of 6 tastings I paid for that I asked to redeem at a later date. I didn't want to have too much to drink given that I had a 40-minute drive, and I had to get going, which I let the woman at the front desk know. She said I could not redeem my tasting at a later date. I asked if I could have some refund, would have taken half or less than half, but I was told they don't do that either. It's a pretty small place, so I was surprised they didn't accommodate what I thought was a small and fair request. They haven't lost any money or wine, but I have. If you can't drink 9oz of wine like myself without getting sleepy or tipsy, I recommend bringing a friend and splitting the tasting. Other than that, my experience was nice, but left me with that sour taste.“

“Good choice for toppings on vanilla or chocolate soft serve ice cream. Soft serve was good quality but instantly turns runny in mostly anything other than a cone (eg sundae). Personally I'm a custard guy though and would rather have ice cream flavors instead of toppings. Next time we'll have to try their shaved ice.“

“This place is awesome. Really great food near the Fox River. In old downtown Algonquin historical area.Food is top-notch great chef on board. Great wine list and excellent spirits. Had Eagle Rare and glenlivets 18. We want during the week on a Wednesday at about 4:00. First person there but it quickly filled up. Food excellent service great atmosphere is excellent we will be going back. It is a little bit on the pricey side so we'll go there on special occasions.“

“Went to meet up with a friend from high school and as I sat down, I was graciously met by our server, Bella. As I waited for him to show up, she checked on me every so often to see if I needed anything and, after he showed up and we placed our order, she continued to check on us, even as the place was filled up on the upper patio. Food was very good, very nice atmosphere and our server, Bella, was the best server I’ve had at any restaurant I’ve been to. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, I never had an empty coffee cup, and the portions were well sized.I got the chicken and waffles, and it was delicious, and the side of bacon I ordered was the perfect level of crispy.If I may be so cheesy, the best way I can think of to describe here is like eating at grandma's:Is it the prettiest, best food I've ever had in my life? “Zin is a place that we don't visit often. The food is decent enough, but an extremely limited menu. The service was slow on a night where it wasn't very crowded, and I would say our meals were above average but definitely not something that I would recommend as a must go to. It's a decent place to meet friends for a cocktail maybe a couple of appetizers really more than anything else.“

“I have come to this candy shop for the last 10 years. That should speak for itself. If it doesn't, I'll say more:I absolutely love chocolate malts. Any place I go that has them, I always order one. SweetSpot makes the most INCREDIBLE malt I have ever had anywhere, and not once in 10 years has it been less than amazing! I took a friend a few months ago, telling them that the malts are the best and she was skeptical. Had one sip and said it was "50/10."However, if you aren't into malts, there are many other things to love. They have the widest variety of candies I have ever seen at one shop, plus some types of candy that I haven't seen anywhere else in 15 years, not to mention soda in actual glass bottles! Good luck finding those in your local grocery store! It seems impossible to find a real *candy* store anymore, as opposed to a store with a candy section.If you're in the area, SweetSpot is a must-visit. I'm moving several hours away tomorrow, but you can be sure that any time I come back to visit, I'll be stopping here for a malt!“

“Made my trip to the suburbs much brighter.The staff are phenomenal. Totally engaging and knew their beers. The music wasn't loud enough to be offensive, but it was enough to keep a kid who grew up with thrash pretty happy.The food wasn't too bad, either!“

“I have been here twice. 1st time I had the burger and it was very good. This time I had the cheesy beef with a side of giardiniera, au jus for dipping, marinara and a small fry. The beef is definitely home made and probably on of the most tender beefs I've ever had, great flavor, just awesome! The Giardiniera is home made and has the perfect amount of heat, marinara sauce is very good too. The fries are fresh cut and also very good. Don't let the look on the outside fool you. “I came here to visit a friend on a Wednesday. We got seated right away. I've been to other Egg Harbor locations, but not this one. It has the same decor and vibes as the other locations. I got the San Antonio Skillet, which was great, but I wasn't super full afterward. Also, our server did not come to pick up our check after a while, so we had to go to the front and pay. Overall not a bad experience.“

It helps very much if you have a reservation, especially for the holidays. I loved the Koi pond and the old sea world atmosphere. They had an awesome selection of a variety of food to choose from. I even got to listen to how and when the owner started this establishment. It was amazing. Endless seafood, desserts and more. “Absolutely fantastic establishment.The aesthetic here is comfortable and classic / medieval.The staff are all friendly and engaging.The original architecture houses a bar downstairs and upstairs with a buffet.The bartender, Scott, was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained that the downstairs bar was the original architecture of the establishment with the main floor buffet being the old upper floor home of the previous owners.This establishment is family owned and has been around since the '70sRecent renovation has brought a castle aesthetic from outside.Everything is updated (modernized checkout, tap pay, etc) but it has kept it's classic feel.All ingredients are made in house, to include sauces, seasonings, pizzas, and a diverse menu that can be modified to your liking.Aside from the menu you can eat at the buffet style eatery on the main floor.The main floor encompasses a family-friendly area with arcade games.The absolute ONLY downside to this place is the parking lot.While being rustic and brick layed, it does not bode well for vehicles without adequate clearance from various potholes.So Don't bring your lowered Honda Civic.“

“The energy and vibe at night is really high. The bar is full and there is lots of seating. We sat at the bar and were greeted by the bartender right away. My husband ordered a Guinness Draught Stout and it was really delicious (not bitter at all) and I just had a sip of his and just drank some water. I am not really healthy enough to have an entire beer. When we ate here last time we signed up for the rewards program called 360 and on this visit we get a free pepperoni or cheese pizza. We also ordered the Chips, Pico, and Queso as an appetizer. (It was just ok this time... the chips were stale) They play uplifting music in the background that makes you want to get up and dance. There are 12+ TV's all across the room tuned into the different popular sports channels. This is a great place to come and unwind or people watch. We love the beer and pepperoni pizza! “I frequent the Shoeless Joes Addison location for lunch, work related events, and most recently a family celebration. Few things, I have never had anything on the menu that isn’t amazing. The staff delivers quality service in a timely manner. They’re easy to plan events with and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need to entertain your guests stress free. The party room is great for private corporate meetings or special family events - The AV is FANTASTIC. Finally, the outdoor space is clutch. Great space. Great people!“
