“I come here 2x a week at least. Great food. Can’t beat the prices. Only bad thing is they need to stay open later. They close to early. I ordered 6 gyro meals today with fries and drinks it was around 43$. The steak tacos are great as well.“

“I really don't go to this location that often because I just don't like the taste of the food overall. It could just be me but I prefer the Homewood location more. This location good just seems like it's missing certain seasonings. Every single time I go is like this. “Visiting my son and he suggested this “place for tacos”. Well it was way beyond tacos. This is a jewel of a place literally hidden in south suburban Chicago. The chef is adventurous and he goes way beyond traditional Mexican fare. We had an amazing mussels in chipotle sauce, that you will want extra bread for dipping. My son had a massive salmon burrito. He said the salmon was cooked to perfection. The chefs special was a four cheese ravioli with crawfish and a delicious sauce. Again, not your typical Mexican dish but terrific.The place was sadly deserted on a Tuesday night. I hope people check it out as it deserves love.“

“The restaurant is very clean. Very nice staff, very attentive. I ordered tacos de canasta, and they were delicious. The quesadillas de maza are delicious ?. “First timer as of yesterday . Food was really good I had the 3 meat fajita bowl (dine-in) food was cooked to order. Fresh and hot when served. The cook and cashier were polite and friendly. Dont get that anymore from other restaurants .The place was nice and clean really don't see that at most places . Will come back to try other items on the menu and will tell everyone when in town .Small family business ready to grow it's 2024 people prices are going up stop being cheap when you order out. Bet you don't even tip. All they need to do is get a bigger sign outside for drivers to see from afar.“

“Ordered here because I was looking for the Birria experience, which I’ve never had before coming here. I placed my order online. I was given a time to pick it up. When I arrived it was a couple minutes early than the time suggested and my food was ready. I was happy with that. I normally check my food before leaving but due to this being my first experience I waited until I got home. Everything I ordered was there. The food was amazing I had the birria pizza, along with the birria ramen, and the Chimibirria which all exceeded my expectations. I will be going back and would recommend anyone to go there. I was delighted by the filling for the veggie tacos: beans, rice, lettuce, pico, sour cream, cheese and avocado. So delicious I really appreciated the freshness of the veggies. My co worker had steak tacos and a chicken quesadilla. I’ve never seen a more meat filled quesadilla. He said it had excellent flavor. We both are visitors at Ford and typically don’t have time to eat. Seeing the taco truck and learning of its popularity we were so happy to try it. Came with some tortillas and crunchy tostada which is a nice touch, limes and 2 salsas on the side. “The Birrierias were small yet yummy! At the time of my visit they didn’t sell extra toppings like hot peppers, and avocado slices, etc. If they did this would knock their food off the chart! I always love their tacos and cheese quesadillas, and the burritos are very good as well. My wife tried the flautas this time and said they were good as well. My only comment is that I don't prefer their method for serving salsa with the delicious chips because it comes in what I can best describe as breakfast restaurant tabletop syrup pourers and I've always found it to be messy and also strange and invariably amongst whoever accompanies me to dine-in here the conversation always involves a laugh/bewilderment about the condiments being served in syrup jars.“

People work very hard in order to flourish here in the states. And often times are given the short end of the stick all while still pushing on and doing their very best with what they have.Long story short. We ordered online through a third party and the restaurant had no capability of retrieving the order because they no longer did business with them. They struggled to get anyone in contact who could help so they decided to do the honorable thing and took it upon themselves to cater to our personnel at my workplace to make sure we got what we had paid for even if that meant it came with a potential loss. The employees are kind, thoughtful, and evidently very hard working. Always bustling through, doing whatever they could to help the kitchen. The kitchen staff worked as the heart of this place to fly out orders as soon as possible. You can TELL these hardworking people have a passion in what they do. That it matters to them. I truly hope that they are able to get this issue resolved because otherwise they were a pleasure to do business with. The food was also very and I mean VERY delicious. The chicken is dark meat I'm not a fan. I get breakfast tacos too. Chorizo and egg on flour. The rice is fluffy and the beans are creamy, they have 3 sauces red green and avocado. The veggies are always fresh never brown and mushy. FRESH FRESH! The customer service can depend on who's at the window. Cooks are always friendly. Food cooked right in front of you, I likes that. They close on Sundays and they not open late enough for me.“

Both tacos were a stand-out at this restaurant. Bottle sauce seemed roasted and gave a nice back to all the tacos we ordered. Highly recommend the Chorizo or Carne Asada for any dish you chose from this dive but dime in Hammond. Al Pastor, and Tripe are solid choices as well. The pork was tender and the tripe was cooked on the plancha until it had the perfect crisp.After posting this saw more reviews aside from my wifes in person but stating "reminds me of Mexico"“

Steak tacos had a good amount of meat and good flavor but I loved the chicken tacos which I never really do at taco places. Chicken was nicely seasoned and tacos had good portions of meat. “Breakfast dishes are pretty good, Mexican entrees could be better. Big place with lots of room to breathe. Their veggie skillet is very good. It's basically hashbrowns with chopped veggies, but it has an excellent flavor. My grandson insists on us coming here because he loves their chocolate chip mickey mouse pancakes. But he also really likes their chicken tenders. Their fries have great texture, but they taste like they were cooked in bad fry oil. My daughter likes their chilaquiles. I would say they are good, but I've had better. They overcook the bacon till its almost burned ( every time...its weird).“
