It's just chicken, bland expensive chicken at that. best thing on their menu with flavor is their lemonade and the spicy chicken sandwich. If you want chicken with flavor there not many choices in Springfield. Also a very congested location small parking lot with a lock in drive-thru lane.
I've tried the breakfast chicken biscuit and the lunch crispy chicken sandwich; and the breakfast chicken biscuit is definitely better. The chicken is the same which is very good and well cooked but those biscuits are to die for. The lunch sandwich was good, it came on a regular bun and pickles, I took the pickles off and added the chick fil a sauce, the sauce was ok I thought it tasted a bit like Russian dressing and something else.The lunch line fills up fast!
