We were already leaving a parking lot when one of the workers came running to the car and apologized that they gave a wrong ice cream. It was cold outside and she was in t-shirt. The ice cream was ready when we got back to the store.“
“Picked up a few frozen treats for my co-workers and got myself a frozen custard coke. It was really good! Especially if you like root beer or coke floats. Everyone was very pleasant, especially for the late hour! The service was quick and packaged to carry easily. The only drawback is that it is more expensive than I was planning on. But in the end, I was happy.“

This is my new morning Dunkin when I drive out this way and no matter how my morning is going, the customer service attitude is so upbeat and positive it is contagious. You never know how you can change someone's day and the fast food industry needs more of this. Please take care of this employee well!“
“Big chocolate fan here! I visited this location yesterday night after dinner and it definitely helped to improve the night. We did go in at about 9:10ish (which they close at 9:30 on saturdays), so I understand they were closing soon and it was getting late; however I felt the staff member (young gentleman) was not happy or friendly. He didn't say anything rude, but his demeanor seemed as if he just wanted to go home (I get that, but also customer service is important). But it didn't ruin the night, we got our items and left right away. The two tables that were inside were full of customers. I did hear the employee give them a closing warning when we left. Not that the service is out of the way... let's talk chocolate!They have so much to offer! Tons of dipped chocolate items, as well as chocolates with fillings/toffee. They advertise fudge, but honestly I don't remember seeing that, but I could have totally been distracted by all the chocolate they offer white, milk and dark options of almost everything! It is a little pricy, but worth it in my opinion. I recommend the chocolate dipped Oreos, those would probably be my favorite! They also have ice cream, but I didn't even look because... chocolate.“
“My favorites are the single deluxe burger and fried fish. I love it when they have Walleye available versus Cod. Lately I've been getting the cocktail sauce versus tartar sauce for dipping the fish into. Although there's always at least an additional 5 minutes of wait time after ordering and paying in the drive-thru to get your food, most times it's worth the wait.“
“Kimmer's Ice Cream has super delicious flavors of ice cream! Their ice cream was adorable and appealing in looks and taste! Before I had even finished my ice cream, I already wanted to go back to get more because it was so good! Really liked the little macaroon ice cream sandwiches! Best ice cream I've ever had! The prices are reasonable in relation to the quality. Staff was great, decent, and friendly. Great customer service. Kimmer's Ice Cream was truly a gem.“
