“The ice cream is great and in my opinion really tasty. The service is really good and really fast and sometimes you can get a free slushy. The surroundings is good but only when you are prepared for it because you have to wait outside but at least you can see them making what you ordered.“

“My daughter accidentally ordered from the wrong location so we had to cancel the order but she lost her birthday cookie voucher in the process. We still placed an order but she was disappointed. “These buns are addicting, I keep coming back for more, they are so soft and buttery! I love the early tweet ashta bun, and the Oreo bun. My favorite drinks are the iced Nutella toffee latte, iced coconut mocha latte, and the salted caramel pappuccino. Enjoyed the chicken chipotle avocado sandwich and tomato chutney grilled cheese as well!“

“I'm not 100% sold on this yet. Don't get me wrong, the cookies are amazing. They had a carrot cake cookie that I would say ok for $5 but their regular size cookies for that same price is where I'm not totally sold. Don't get me wrong, they taste really good. I will definitely try them again, but only for their bigger cookies. The strawberry pretzel was my favorite. The carrot cake with a bit more nuts would be awesome, and I'm one of those that wants raisins with carrot cake. My only negative once again is $5 for a regular sized cookie that is delicious.FYI, there are 2 touchscreens on the counter. That is where you order. They were backwards when we went in and there was absolutely no way of knowing until they finally assisted us. So if they are backwards, flip them around and order.“

“Delicious ice cream with unique and traditional flavors to choose from. Super friendly staff. Only suggestion is that they consider allowing split scoops. There are so many good flavors and would be great to split a scoop instead of having to get two big scoops. Portions are very good, but often no need for two giant scoops!“

“This is simply wonderful . We visit here for ice cream every week . They have a lot of flavors . My personal favorite is dulche de leche though it’s seasonal . You can take just ice cream or with sundaes . They also have juices , dairy products . Their milk is wonderful too and comes on glass bottle which I love . “40 years and still LOVE this place. I grew up around this area. My elementary school always had a school picnic next to this place. The ice scream is great. I got a waffle bowl with 3 scoops - Brambleberry crisp, Buttercream Birthday Cake and Honey Vanilla Bean.Everything tasted extremely fresh!! It's been hours later and honestly I'm thinking about going back just for the Brambleberry crisp LOLThe staff was very helpful and efficient.There aren't any places to sit, but there's a little ledge where you can eat your ice cream on which was enough for me!Will definitely be back! 10/10“

“Love this old school walk-up ice cream spot. Conveniently located near the bike path on main st. We like to walk there during the summer and enjoy a peanut buster parfait or one of their many special blizzards. Even when the line is long the staff is quick and friendly!and the ice cream is delicious!!“

“This was the first location that began the craze for me. After that, I went to their other locations in Aurora multiple times. This location was very clean, had friendly employees, and multiple tables to eat at. Location was across from the Fox Valley mall. It’s definitely a great dessert place. Fruit was very fresh. The ice cream flavors I had were very unique and they each had distinct flavors to them. Their ice cream bars are also worth getting as they contain real fruit in them. Not very pricey at all.“

“Best customer service I’ve probably ever had. Decided to go on a lunch date with my 3 very young children. My 2 year old must have eaten too fast and got sick all over herself, me, and the table. One of the workers ran over to help and told me to not worry about a thing. She even helped clean up my 2 year old. The manager came over and was so incredibly sweet and extremely helpful as well. Even asked what my favorite, my kids favorite ice cream was and packed up a bunch of pints on the house! I’m not sure that I’ve experienced customer care even close to this - so unbelievably grateful for the amazing staff here.“

“Oh my Gosh if you have not been to the cute little candy shop in downtown Lombard you are missing a treat. They have all kinds of goodies besides candy. Caramel and cheese popcorn, jelly bellies and super premium ice cream which is to die for. I took a pint of their Zanzibar chocolate home and could have had the whole thing to myself it was so delicious, but I did share it with my husband. Stop in and treat yourself soon.“

And if I really did receive the spicy chicken sandwich, I could not detect any spice whatsoever. But it was still good. The cheese curds, while good tasted salty.“

Very normal options like a cup, cone or waffle cone/bowl - even a waffle stick that looks fun for kids. Very small inside and no seating. Plenty of benches to sit and enjoy outside on the sidewalks. There's lots of chocolate covered snacks and enormous caramel apples in lots of flavor options. Service was fine, nothing over the top or stood out. We got what we ordered and all was good.“

My wedding was scheduled for August 8,2020. But due to Covid-19, we unfortunately had to cancel. Janice was extremely compassionate, understanding and flexible during the whole process. Sweet Home Gelato was the most compassionate and flexible vendor. It is not easy to cancel a wedding, unfortunately many vendors were not as accommodating. Janice immediately offered a refund, date change or gift card for the deposit. Sweet Home Gelato was under no circumstance required to issue a refund. “The (1515 N. Naper Blvd) Naperville Culver’s is a well run, vibrant location that is always bustling when I’m there. Their signature offerings including the ButterBurgers are mostly always on point.One significant improvement is for the generally younger staff to really listen and double check the customer orders. The last two times I was there, they added cheese to two separate burgers when I clearly and repeatedly said no cheese [visit 1] and forgot to add the condiments on one and condiments and lettuce on the other [visit2].Since my wife cannot have dairy, I needed to drive back to Culver’s the second to last visit to get her double ButterBurger replaced.I called the Culver’s on the way back and the manger named Christian was so kind, immediately and professionally empathetic, and offered an immediate solution. He took my original order number that I read from my receipt and remade my wife’s burger fresh and hot and PERFECTLY made and without cheese as originally ordered.This is a clean, vibrant, and exceptional “locally owned and operated” Culver’s in an excellent location in the best, most accessible part of all Naperville.Food: usually a 4.4 to 4.65 out of 5 stars“

“Downtown Glen Ellyn is crazy packed the weekend before Halloween, and despite the chaos and demands, Emma was a star! She stayed calm cool and collected working diligently as the line grew and some rude teens got lippy. She's a great employee! “This is one of our frequent Culver's we go to. I took a long break from Culver's after getting bad food and service from different locations. We also get great service and good food at the St Charles location on route 64. Even though there is one so much closer to our home. The one in our town always messes up our order or the food isn't up to standards. We were there for the walleye fish which is only available for a short time. The fish was awesome and so was the portion size.“

The esquite was really flavorful and the right amount of spice, I had asked for Hot Cheetos on it but regretted it later because once it got moisture on the Cheeto it was hard to chew so next time I won't order it with Cheetos. “A very nice Culvers location, pretty much what you'd expect. The food is always delicious and doesn't take too long. Some quirky staff at times and it can be a bit noisy or crowded if you go at the wrong time, but that's just restaurants.“

“The menu has a great variety.The yogurt is my favorite and the fruit provided is super fresh. The corn is not so good. Either not cooked all the way or overcooked. Same as the chicharones, some weren't cooked all the way so they were bendy. The premade ice cream cookie sandwiches aren't too good BUT they will make it fresh if you ask. Make sure to ask for the cookie to be warmed up,the best cookie sandwich that way. But overall the place is lovely. They should work on their customer service in person and over the phone as well. They weren't too friendly.The prices are by far the best around for the quantity of food. Definitely will be my go to spot and excited to try everything available.“
