“As a neat one of a kind thing to do, it fits that, although I have been to other similar types of places. They do have a unique picture taking “tour” that you can pay for that has staff take you around and get your picture in some of their special 2D items. Staff are friendly when they are with you. The place is small inside, if you make a reservation they will serve you, if you walk in they may not have time or space for you and you will need to wait or make an on the spot reservation. Limited on street parking but there is a parking garage at Marshall’s/Michaels across the street for shopping at their locations. The food, while cute and fun, is good but nothing great for chicken sandwiches. Fries are ok, donuts were good, the cat pudding is just pudding with whatever flavor you choose, but fun to draw a face and jiggle.“

“I wish I had a picture, but I ate the donuts too fast... LOL. The past few weeks, I have purchased these not only for my husband and I, but also have taken them to my sister and brother's place as a little pick me up. Neither of them believed the donuts were vegan. They were so happy with the treat I brought them, definitely my new go-to when bringing something sweet to someone's home. We have tried the chocolate and regular glazed, Oreo, apple fritter, coffee cake, and Boston crème. All fab and I cannot wait to try the others!“

“Located in community where veganism is scarce puts this restaurant on the map. I've seen many reviews and videos via social media and decided to give it a try. I ordered my food online for pickup. Super seamless pick up. It was clean and quiet inside the establishment. I loved the Birria vegan tacos. The chef did not skimp on the mushrooms or the flavor. I would've wanted it to be spicy but it was still delicious without. For vegan consume, I will say it's good but doesn't quite hit the spot as the non vegan consume would. Great for dipping though. I think three tacos is incredibly filling but would've appreciated rice or beans to be added to the dish for the price. As a tea connoisseur (not really but still), I can appreciate the liquid gold beverage. I definitely believe this is for people interested in trying tea or using it for medicinal purposes. I found it to be something I could've whipped up at home so I wouldn't be inclined to try again. Overall, I will be a repeat customer.“

“I have found my favorite GLUTEN FREE DONUT! I highly recommend them for my gluten free peeps! The chocolate one is delicious too! The cinnamon one is good, just a little dry for my taste. “I love Stan's for their Donuts and coffee. The Stan's branch I recently visited had a lot more Vegan options when compared to the downtown branch. They had Vegan Strawberry Croissant and Cinnamon Sugar donut. Both looked really good. We got the Carrot Cake as my boyfriend was craving for it. We could easily taste the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and carrots in it. Chicago has a lot of Stan's outlets and you should surely check it out once!“

“Definitely great yummy food here. My friend lives off of Addison. The donuts, coffee and breakfast sandwiches are so good. I live in the suburbs in Aurora Naperville area and it’s always a treat for me to stop by and get Do-Rite donuts. Maybe one day there will be a Do-Rite donuts in Aurora/Naperville area in the future. We all know we ordered the Becky thatcher w/a side of hash browns and some sort of buttered toast. This was a south side staple. And still is too most. Although, lately the pancakes have not been meeting the standards from 2 decades ago. Over all, this is a breakfast spot with dinner and lunch options around the clock. We all loved the bland chicken noodle soup when we were sick accompanied by a biscuit and crackers. Huck Finn is just huck Finn. Good skillets, great American omelettes and a basic cup of joe. The triple decker sandwiches are another American style classic. The country fried chicken steak another must. Biscuits and gravy tasted better but still a good order. And let's not forget the old school liver and onions. I definitely miss the 24hour status(pre-covid). There are so many brunch spots and breakfast places in Chicago. But huck Finn will always remain the American classic breakfast place.“

Google my last name through Darien Grandpa was the first police chief of Darien the founding father of Darien the president of the Lions Club in Darien president of the bank in Darien my mother retired from CPD I was taking classes to be a cop all my state licenses are gone Alsip Illinois Sergeant Dollar ruined my life and I was running a cash register. Alsip Illinois Sergeant dollar played the judge the jury and the Executioner when he wrote that letter and I was running a register I'm going to put this in every business in Alsip Illinois so when you see him come in hide your name tag or something because Alsip Illinois Sergeant dollar has no problem writing to DMV saying you're too crazy to drive while you're running a register if anything he needs to smoke more cigarettes and Hot Box people in cars and calm down cuz people that smoke cigarettes have mental illness not somebody's struggling trying to go to school and do the best they can to make a life for themselves while they're running a register ruin your life.“
