Employees are awesome great service
I went here for a week while I was out of town for work. The guy at the counter (I'm assuming an owner) had my order memorized by day 2 which I really appreciated. He always gave me the correct order. I went to the Dunkin in Pontiac, IL today and they didn't get my order right and the avocado toast with bacon had stuff on it I asked to have removed and the baristas just told me to "pick it off" without apologizing for giving me the wrong order.
