“I see this truck all the time on my way home and decided to give it a shot for dinner. It's nice and convenient. I think it's alittle pricey for a torta. I paid $10.59 for a carne asada torta. It was good , it was different then what I'm used to but in a good way. I'll go back and actually try a burrito next time . The service was fast and for ambiance well.. it's in a gas station parking lot and I'm not complaining.“

“Husband and I went in for an early lunch late breakfast. I ordered coffee to drink, and my husband had unsweet iced tea. to eat I had enchiladas suizas, and my husband had the Carnitas dinner. Overall it was delicious, the carnitas or moist and flavorful. For the enchiladas, I did need to ask for chicken as my preferred substitute. Definitely going back.“

“It is counter service, the food was incredible, and was pretty quick. I haven’t tried anything like this but my Colombian friends wanted to bring me here. I wanted to try a variety of things and got the Bandeja Paisa which had a lot of flavor and was delicious!“

“We’ve been at Casa Del Mar as a couple a few times, but last evening we were part of a group of 8 people! They were very busy at 6:30 pm but got us seated at a table on the patio in just a short time. Everyone enjoyed their dinner and the service was quick and accurate. “My family and I absolutely love this place. It's our favorite restaurant in town and we are frequent guests. The ambience is very pleasant, it's never been overcrowded when we've visited and the staff is very attentive and friendly. The food is fantastic! They offer different and unique authentic dishes than other Mexican restaurants. Their specialty is seafood and we've never been disappointed by a dish. They offer kids meals (we have 2 small children so this is a family friendly place as well). They offer daily specials and drink specials as well. Overall, we just love this place and highly recommend it!“

“Always genuinely amazing food. Tortas are the best I've ever had. I think they pan fry the bread with cheese to get this really crispy, savory cheese layer on it. It's so good. The owner was very friendly and told me about how he recently opened his truck! Very sweet person and gave me a punch card with 2 (out of 5) punches for my next visit!“

“El helado hambre was Muy simpatico. He was very talkative and friendly and served good ice cream. He gave my sister an extra scoop. The water ice cream was very very good. I would highly recommend el gansito Muy bien. Very family friendly restaurant and plenty of options for the fam.“

“This is a hidden gem for authentic Mexican food. Not a lot of seating, but great food and service. My wife and I stopped on a Sunday night and got a table right away. House made chips and flavorful red salsa were brought to the table. They had many margaritas and beers, as well as horchata. My wife ordered a fish taco plate that came with rice and beans. She asked for black beans, it was all amazing and fresh. She really liked the creamy chipotle sauce on top. We ordered spicy guacamole for the table and asked for some verde salsa. Both were awesome. I ordered three enchiladas, one red, one green, and one cheese with pastor, chorizo, and barbacoa. I wanted to try a variety, and they were all awesome, barbacoa was my favorite. This plate also came with rice and beans. Our server was very nice and helpful! We will be back.“

“I love the weekly special, especially their South Indian spl on Wednesdays. very authentic. But I feel very expensive for the quantity offered. Recently ordered mini samosa Chaat and was disappointed. sweet sauce, yogurt and the sev were missing.“

“The staff was friendly and attentive! We were given chips and salsa right away and also given a refill on them as we were hungry when we arrived. The margaritas are huge and tasty, the food was filling and delicious. It was an all around great experience!“

“Had a lovely first visit to Casa Margaritas tonight! We had a party of 7 that was easily handled, which was awesome! A few ordered margaritas and they all proclaimed them to be excellent- we got a half pitcher of lime and half pitcher of mango. Started with some queso dip and chips and salsa, and then I ordered a chicken Fajita Quesadilla. You may see from the photo that there was cheese on the outside, which was quite, well, cheesy! The menu was longer than that first page, but I'll have to come back to photograph it. The interior was very colorful with lots of "Margaritaville" signage, but clean and friendly. “Food is amazing!! Had the burrito asada and it was delicious! Fresh and quick when it came to my order. The size of the burrito was even better! Definitely a bang for your buck! And listen, I’m from Chicago where you can get any type of food and good food. So for this burrito to be down here is crazy! So good!“

“Very good food! They didn’t have all the lids off so I wasn’t sure what everything I could put on my burrito. All toppings were by mouth and it was kinda hard to understand. Anyways, incredibly good food no complaints there. Love that there is no price tack on regardless of what is on your burrito. One other drawback is there is no seating and there are really no parks in Champaign Urbana which kinda sucks.“

“It's nothing fancy, but the drinks are cheap and I've always been happy with the food. Had a burger topped with pulled pork, and they didn't ask how I wanted it but it came out somehow fully cooked and still as tender and juicy as any medium-rare burger I've ever had. I suspect witchcraft.“
