“The food was good, even though it took forever to get it! The service was a little slow. The girl working the register could have used a little more training... she had trouble answering some basic questions. The restaurant itself was a bit messy. Could use a little cleaning and maintenance!“

“The store waa in a great location friendly staff,walked in on fatigued or rather folks who seservwd a 15 minute break or more.I get alternative truths does EXIST in business that says open 24 hrs.I get it that there is change of cashiers mid shift.What i did not appreciate and am sure because i was tired after an OTR vacation ,drove for approx 8hrs before stopping here to eat Patience was not my virtue this day but i thinl the store owner or franchise owner can DO SOMETHING different .It is expected to wait ,but be clear on how long 10 minutes is!!BET my timing was poor ,after a long trip with hubby,we stopped here during what we determined was "10minutes" change of drawers,or end of shift ,it took foreverBut Honesty is paramount to maintaining fatigued hungry clients?So how about be Clear,We are closed,it should take 10 minutes ,but it may be Longer than that!!!!! I mean we get it!!! “It's nothing fancy, but the drinks are cheap and I've always been happy with the food. Had a burger topped with pulled pork, and they didn't ask how I wanted it but it came out somehow fully cooked and still as tender and juicy as any medium-rare burger I've ever had. I suspect witchcraft.“
“This dairy Queen here close to arcola was the best dairy Queen I've ever gone to I do not eat at any other dairy Queens especially in Decatur Illinois this one was an exceptional and their ice cream was great I will go back there they give free pup cups Decatur does “
“The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is awesome. My only complaint is the French fries are a bit overdone, even when I've tried to order them without salt so they're fresh, but they are still overcooked. Prices have went up a little bit, but that's everywhere... Ugh!“
